Words are just words until they are turned into actions, but after they are actions, there is no limit to your power, and there is no going back....
Hey, my name is Parker Benson. My dad recently lost his job in New York City, and now I am being forced to move to some shitty little ghost town in Colorado named Gonning, lol ironic right! NOT! As you can tell, i'm pissed off about having to moving from my friends, and my apartment, and my cat that I don't have, to a ranch with 120 acers, and new people to meet and befriend, and an unlimited number of pets. I know, I know, you'd think that I'd be happy to this change, but I HATE change, even if it will be a better life.
We are about 200 miles out of New York, and Im already missing everything. Each time we get to a town that isn't exactly a city, I ask "can't we just stay here?", and every time I do, my mom glares at me, and thretens to tie me to the roof of the moving van. We stoped once to eat at Wendy's, to gass up and use the rest room, but besides that, we've been on the road for 3 hours strait. At least.
To pass time, I end up falling asleep for the next 4 hours. When i woke up, we where at a rest stop for a break. I walked into the rest stop to find Dad reading a magazine, and Mom in the indoor smoking area. I quickly used the restroom, and walked over to my mom. "hi, honey" she greeted me. "Hey" I replied. "I didn't want to wake you, so your father, and I let you sleep," "that's OK" I said "how long have we been parked?" "Oh..." she looked at her watch "about half an hour" "Ok."
At about 8:00 we ate supper, found a place to sleep, and in the morning we did it all over again. The day after that was just the same.
