December 25

(6:00 a.m)

"Oh dear God! It's Christmas Day." I whispered to myself.

I moved my head to the side in bed, looking at Sean, shockingly still asleep. Thank goodness, I really don't want to get up before seven. I can already hear the other mother's down the hall trying to keep their children calm before everyone is allowed downstairs to get presents.

Last year, Sean hopped on William causing him to say, "Holy cow Natalie! I don't like it that ruff!". I thought I was going to die laughing at William's comment. What a fun time and now William is missing everything because of his God damned brain washing.

What I have learned is that the Hopper's males have prostitutes come in every night and sleep with them, since their mates are busy with the children. I have made myself a prostitute of their little house. My name there is Sapphire. William hasn't slept with anyone... but tonight he will be sleeping with the legendary Sapphire.

He will be surprised to know that his innocent little mate is a murderous whore! I shouldn't use the term mate anymore, since William sold me to his new alpha. The only thing I want to do is shot Evan and persuade William to come back with me. I mean truly William at least misses Sean. He should for God's sake! He is his son, and only child!

I turned to see Sean still asleep, I will keep him asleep until 7:00 and then let's see his expression of excitement. I got him all six of the Star Wars movies on blu-ray. It is more of my gift than his in all honesty.

I pulled the sheets off of my body. I forced my to stretch and wake up.

I didn't sleep with any of the men of the Hoppers last night, at most I teased them all by walking around in a leotard. William wasn't there, sadly.

I have a purple fake wig I wear around the men to make myself look a little more slovenly or rather sexy.

I pulled on a simple black long bustle dress. I have a long black top. I look like a proper woman in mourning, though I am truly not.

I brushed out my long brown hair, making sure to get all tangles out from this mornings shower. I pulled my hair up into a bun, making sure it was stable enough for me to put a veil over the back of my head.

Though it is typical for a woman to keep the veil over her face for over a year, I would rather not on Christmas Day. Christmas is a time of celebration not of mourning.

I made sure my dress was free of wrinkles. I turned to the side, perfect.

(7:00 a.m)

I bent down onto my knees. I ran my hand through Sean's hair.

"Sean, wake up." I whispered. "It's Christmas!"

"Momma, why are you wearing a veil?" Sean asked sitting up.

"Because I am a widow." I said with a faint smile. "I have to wear a veil."

"No, you're not." Sean muttered. "Father said, that he just had to go off and be in a better place. He didn't die!"

Sean looked at me dead in the eye. "What?" I asked.

"Can't you hear his thoughts too?" Sean asked.

That doesn't make sense. If Sean can hear William's thoughts when a few days ago he couldn't. Perhaps the bond is reversing? No, that isn't possible. Sean is William's son so I would assume there is a natural bond.

Can anyone hear me? I thought praying someone other than Sean would respond.

"No," I said in sadness. "He's dead isn't he?"
