I was in complete shock. The criminal in front of me wasn't a murderer? "But what about the two boys you heavily injured? And the robbery?" I asked wanting to know if they were also just coincidences. "They boys were beating each other up. I came in to stop them but one started throwing punches at me while the other was knocked out. I started the throw punches back and that's when the police arrived. As for the covienience store, I needed food and clothes that's all I took." She stated. This was a completely different story. I had heard rumors that she was bloodthirsty and would kill any person who came into her sight. But then again, they were only rumors. I began to see her in a new light. The homicidal maniac infront of me was now a kind and gentle girl. She didn't seem bloodthirsty. She wasn't scary anymore. Yami was a normal teenage girl. "I'm sorry for keeping you awake.I'm glad you told me about the crimes. Stay here as long as you want." I told her. It seemed like she needed a new start. I was willing to give it to her. "Thanks..... You know, you're the first person I've ever told about this." She told me, it looked like she trusted me. "Um Thanks. Uh im... I'm going to go back to bed now. Call me if you need anything." I said and went back to bed.

I can't believe I told a random stranger about my past. He knows almost everything about me and I don't even know his name. Why did I tell him that. Was it because he let me stay with him? Was it because he hasn't reported me to the police? Was I just being stupid? Whatever the reason, it has happened. There is no way of changing the past. If there was I would have saved my mom by now. Now's not the time for regreting the past Yami. I stopped thinking about it and went to bed. This is my first time ever sleeping on a comfortable couch. I could finally get some good sleep.

I woke up to a delicious smell. It was a glorious smell. I didn't know what it was but it was good and I wanted it. I jumped of the couch and followed my nose to the kitchen. There stood the guy holding a frying pan above the stove. The smell was coming from there. "Hungry?" He asked me and poured some meat and eggs onto a plate. He set the plate down at the table and gave me a fork. I took a bit of it hesitantly. The meat was crunchy and flavourful. The eggs melted in my mouth. It was great. " What is this? It tastes amazing!" I asked him. "Haven't you ever had bacon and eggs before?" He asked me like if I had just asked the world's stupidest question. "The only food I've ever had were a few apples and anything I could find in the gas stations up and covienience stores." I told him. I felt kind of ashamed. " Oh uh.... I'm sorry, I didn't know." The sincerity in his voice made me sick. Shame gone. Phew I'm fine now. "Whatever dude. Hey I have one question for you though. You know almost every last detail about me but I don't even know your name. Thats a bit unfair, dontcha think?" I stated my thoughts. "Oh uh right, my name's Hirsohi Aomori." He told me finally. "Sweet now we're even. Sort of." "Sort of?" "Yeah you know about my past AND present. So now I get to ask you some questions. Let's see.... How about... Where your parents are." "My parents?" He asked confused. "Yeah dude. Your parents. You look really young to be living on your own already. So, how about? Where are they." "Oh, yeah um... They left. Over seas. My father got a promotion in his job so they had to move. I made the choice of staying so I could finish school." "You go to school? Whats it like?"

Hiroshi pov
Whats school like? "It's normal I guess? Haven't you ever been?" I asked her. "I became wanted before I ever got enrolled into a school. I have never seen what it was like." She explained. I didn't realize she has never been to a school. "Oh. Well then i guess it's kinda like this. You wake up early every morning, go to a big building for 8 hours with a bunch of other people, and learn things you probably won't use in life." School in one simple sentence. "Sounds ok. Why haven't you gone yet?" She asked me, curiosity growing in her eyes. "I haven't gone because it's the weekend. I don't get to go until Monday." I explained. The concept of school seemed more complex than I thought. "So can anyone go to school? Or do they have certain requirements?" She seemed really interested. "Anyone can go. All you have to do is fill out a form, give them your clothing size for uniforms, and show up. Why, do you want to go?" I was wondering why she kept asking me all these questions. "Well kind of. I've seen a lot of people walking down the streets with backpacks talking about classes and homework. I knew what school was, but never knew what it was like. I would want to try it out for myself, but I can't because of my identity. Unless I can use a fake name and dress up like a completely different person, my dreams of going to school are dead." She seemed saddened by that thought. I wanted to help her. She wasn't as bad as everyone made her out to be. Yami just wanted to be a regular teenage girl. "Do you know how to read and write?" I wanted to make sure she knew the basics before I developed my plan any further. "Yeah my mom thought it would be good to know before I got enrolled. I also know addition, subtraction, and multiplication. All thanks to that one book I took from the dumpster behind a library." First problem solved.  "Have you ever used a fake name before?" I asked. "Yeah lots of times? I even pulled off different personalities to make sure no one could trace it back to me. Why?" Another problem solved. "Have you ever hacked into  a computer system?" "Yeah. Again, why?" Both problems solved. "I think I figured out a way to get you into school." I had the perfect plan. Yami was going to be able to experience the life of a normal teenage highschool girl.
