a bad day, an argument with your friend, getting a C in your test and loosing a race .But the one thing it can't fix is a broken heart.
I try anyway lying on my bed holding a cup of tea and the book Maze Runner .
But in a matter of minutes small black mascara tears fall helplessly onto the pages .
My chest tightens and I snap the book shut .
I lay on my back and imagine that things were different, Jace didn't cheat on me we are about to go on a date together I dressed in something cute and causal but enough to make his jaw drop .
A lump in my throat rises And I swallow it down.
I stay locked in my room like Rapunzel in her tower exept this time there is no prince charming to the rescue .****
"It stinks like someone died here!"my best friend Kylie says holding her nose .
"My heart did "I mumbled from under the covers .
"You spent weeks in self pity it's enough Eliza "she added pulling the Co era off me causing some used up tissues to fly off the mattress .
That's me . Eliza . 17 years old with ugly long ginger hair and freckles .
And at the moment suffering from major heart break .
