A New Lead

Okay, three things:

1) Achmetha had regained any respect that he had previously lost from me

2) I was more then just a little embarrassed for saying something so cheesy when I saw Raven again

And 3) What the fuck did Abdiel want now?

I mean okay, I get it. He is a powerful demon and he can't always get things done, so he needs assistance sometimes.

But really? So far all that Abdiel has done for us, is give Raven a headache by forcing him to deliver letters to royal assholes, and make me have to sit there while I am belittled because I am a dumbass human that came to Hell to find his dead best friend.

I already know that I'm dumbass. My mom would tell me this all of the time. Just as well as my teachers, school faculty, Nick and even Parker (Obviously). Even though I am 100% sure that the dunce has a crush on me. But whatever. He likes to pull that, "I only bully you because I love you" shit from every teenage movie ever.

But besides that, the four of us were currently in the process of teleporting to Abdiel's place, since Metha was busy, and thanks to Blondie I realized that demons could teleport.

Which means that Metha's existence for this journey was unneeded. On top of things, I was still mad at Raven for not telling me the truth, but the other half of me wanted to cry because I was so happy to see him.

Do you see why I'm angry!? I'm conflicted! Having a battle with yourself is the fucking worst!

To my surprise however, he was the one who pulled me aside before we could teleport anywhere.

"U-um...Keir..." Raven's tone wavered, his own voice shaking a little.

Goddammit! How am I supposed to be mad at that?!

"I..." The demon Prince couldn't even look me in the eye as he scratched at his head awkwardly.

Alloces watched from the sidelines, (Though I'm not sure how), and smiled honestly at the both of us.

I sighed with impatience, scratching my cheek nervously.

"I get it. I'm sorry too. All of those things that I said...about not needing you and stuff, it was a lie."

At this, Raven visibly perked up and he smiled so softly at me.

"Me too. The things that I said were unforgivable. Then you were taken away before I could even think about apologizing."

Wow, I didn't mean to ruin the mood, but it was like he was a completely different person. He was starting to open up to me!

Alloces sighed, slowly walking over to us.

"I am sorry to say this but, the two of you are horrible at apologizing."

"Huh?!" I screamed, glaring daggers at the blonde.

"Do you have any idea how awkward the atmosphere is right now? If it makes you feel any better Prince Solas," Alloces said directing his masked gaze to Raven.

"Keir was thinking about you the whole time."

The blush on my face crept back up like a wild fire. Raven wasn't too far behind either.

"Shut up!" I practically yelped.

"I was just worried. Nothing else."

Raven raised an eyebrow.
