Dan refused to let Phil sleep on the couch for another night, which was quite a relief for Phil. He wouldn't admit it but his back was aching the whole day, even more so after being hunched over while Dan hugged him for a good few hours as he tried not to cry. The whole thing with his sister and Clark was awful, but the pregnancy was over the top. Not to mention of the way alcohol filled the room each time Clark spoke. The fact that this guy was to be a father was thoroughly ridiculous. He didn't deserve any happiness after the way he threw everyone aside to pursue a life of drinking and hookups was sickening, he didn't give Phil and the rest of the people who cared for him another thought.

To add onto his problems he was married to a man who had another set of problems that were now Phil's problems as well and vice versa. Now Phil had to deal with Dan's emotions after his breakup, Jane and Clark, his novel that he was trying to get published, the divorce they didn't have permission for, and how the heck they go married in the first place. He had watched the wedding video numerous times (in fact he was watching it right now) and he can't exactly find out what attracted him to Dan. Their eyes defiantly looked clouded with attraction in the video and even though the kiss made him gag every time there was emotion. He was completely clueless, even more so when he noticed the tracks of tears running down his face. He also wanted to know why they both woke up in nothing but boxers, along with Dan.

He rubs his eyes from sleep and turns down the brightness levels to try and make the burning in his eyes go away. Then he hers a bing and his immediate reaction is to look at Dan to see if it woke him. Thankfully it had not affected his sleep at all. If anything he actually gravitated towards the sound and now had his head resting against Phil's thigh while he snored softly. Phil puts his hand on Dan's head and let's his fingers get lost in the curls as his other went to his email to see what his inbox had binged about. Even though Dan would still talk about Matt and have that distant look in his eyes when something somewhat romantic happened on tv, he was also a bit shaken up after his meet up with Clark. All of these problems made Dan's behavior understandable, although with his need for a lover after breaking up with Matt his actions made him resemble an emotional puppy.

The email that Phil was greeted with was from one other than the Vegas hotel that he had stayed at. A ghost of a smile lighted it's way onto his face and he clicked on it to see if it was some footage or a summary of footage. He clicks on the email and a video link pops up. Phil stops biting his lip as he stares at the video and a little note at the bottom.

Dear Mr. Lester,

We do not usually give out private information or videos due to privacy policies about not giving video to random people with people who do not know they are being tapped on it. We have tried out best to focus the video on the two people you have sent us pictures of which you have said are you and your new husband. The video shall be choppy because once again we can not have this falling into the wrong hands.

After skimming over the message Phil clicks on the video, his hand roughly gripping his pyjama in anticipation. The video starts with them both at a catwalks Phil's eyes widen as he instantly realizes what exactly is going on. It's a charity event that he's guessing his friends had dragged him to to get him to forget about Clark. Phil would have been fine with it if the event wasn't this specific event. An auction, however this event didn't auction off items, oh no, this auction auctioned off dates with various people and as soon as someone stepped up on stage Phil knew instantly the events that were about to unfold.
