The nurse scanned my arm as I laid my wrist on the table. I looked up at her as she put the X-ray away. "Alright, let's scan your leg." She said as she helped me lay down on the table. She scanned my leg as I closed my eyes, sighing. I had already gotten a bandage for my nose and eye. I pretty much looked like a mummy. "Ok. I'll get your X-rays in soon. For now I think you should get some rest." She said and turned the lights back on. I covered my eyes, blocking them from the light. She put the X-ray machine back and headed out the door. I sighed again and closed my eyes.

"Yuichiro?"

I opened my eyes again and looked at the door. Mika stood in the doorway, peaking his head in. I sat up slowly, holding my wrist to my chest. "How are you feeling?" He asked as he walked in slowly. "Horrible. Everything hurts." I said quietly, looking at my leg. He sat down by my feet and rubbed my other leg carefully, as if he might hurt that one as well. "I bet. That guy sure does punch hard." He said, stroking my knee carefully. I look at his hair and messed with it a little. "Did he hurt you at all?" I asked, worried. He shook his head and looked up at me. "Not at all."

I sighed, relieved. "Thank god." I said, quietly. He lifted my head up by my chin as he stared at me with those beautiful blue eyes of his. I felt him wrap his arm around my waist as I leaned closer towards him. His hand found its way to the back of my head as I closed my eyes. Right before we were about to kiss, there was a knock at the door. "Am I interrupting anything?" Guren asked, crossing his arms. I pulled back as Mika scooted back to the end of the table, as red as a tomato. Guren walked towards us as I looked away slightly, blushing slightly.

"I'll, go wait with Yoichi outside." Mika said quickly, and walked out quickly, hiding his face from us. "Oh, o-ok Mika.." I said, stuttering as the door slid close. I sighed and looked down, closing my eyes. "Sorry about that." Guren said, sitting in the spot Mika was just sitting. "It's fine." I said, looking back at him. He looked down at my wrist and grabbed it without warning. I closed my eyes tightly in pain. ""D-dude! Careful!" I said. "Quit bitchin. You're fine." He said as he felt the broken bone.

"You're gonna break it more stop!!" I yelled as I smacked his hand. "Yuichiro I was in the military for 12 years, I know what I'm doing." He said and did the same thing to my ankle. I gripped onto the bedsheets tightly as his hand pulled away. "God, you're worse then Kimizuki." He said and sat back. "What's wrong with Kimizuki?" I asked, opening my eyes again.

"Nothing. He's just less annoying then you are."

"WHATS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN??" I yelled as I punched his arm softly. He grabbed it like he was in pain. "I'd be careful if I were you, Yuichiro." He said, staring at me. I rolled my eyes and looked down. The nurse walked in. "Well your X-rays are back in. Looks like you have-"

"Three broken bones in the wrist, two in the ankle. I already know." Guren interrupted her. She stared at him, surprised. "W-we would like to keep him here tonight, just to watch over him." She said as she came to check my head one more time. "Alright. Thank you." He said. She bowed lowly and left quickly. "Looks like someone has a crush~" I said in a sing-song voice.

"I will gladly break your other leg."

I laughed at his insult as he smiled a little. Then it went completely silent. "So, you and the mermaid huh?"

I looked over at him, blushing then away. "Uh, y-yeah." I said quietly. "How long?"

"A couple months"

Oh my god this is the most awkward conversation I've had with him.

"Why didn't you say anything?" He asked. "I knew you would yell at me so I stayed silent." I said, scratching the back of my head. "I wouldn't yell at you." He said. I looked over at him surprised. "Wait, really?" I asked. "Yeah, of course not. I mean, I'm a little surprised that your into that." He said. "Well, I'm um bisexual."
