I blinked a few times. Well that went downhill fast, didn't it? "Should we... follow her? She seemed upset. Don't you think?" Sophia nodded her head. "Yeah. We should." We followed her twists and turns until she reached what seemed like a bar. She went in, leaving the rest of us outside, still staring at the sigh.

"Shadows Rising." I read, aloud. We stood there in silence for a while. Even though we weren't speaking, I knew that we were all timid about going in. There was something very strange about this place but I couldn't my finger on it. "Well, what are we standing here for?" asked Sophia. "Lets go! We aren't getting any younger!" She ran in and the others followed behind her. I just stood there in shock. Did Sophia just take the bull by the horns? I shook my question out of my head and ran inside as well. When I entered, I wanted to run out and leave. There were men in every corner who were either, fighting, dead or drunk. I felt like I wanted to throw up and began to gag. "Hey, um Locs, are you alright?" Techno asked. She put an arm on my back and it made me blush. I always had some type of crush on her. "Uh... Y-Yeah. I'm fine." I stuttered.I heard the others snickering from behind. "Those were some moves." Perrito muttered. I felt my face go red and I turned around to find it. "Uh... Lets just go and find the mystery girl, OK?" I pleaded.

"Fine. Lets go." Vamps said. We nodded our head and separated. I searched somewhere near the back of the bar were I saw somethings I wish I hadn't seen. After a few minutes of searching, we came back by the entrance. "No luck." said Joker. The others shook their heads in disappointment.

Suddenly, I spotted the mystery girl talking to a guy but then he started to push her. "Hey, look over there!" I pointed. The girl fell and he started kicking her and a few other big guys joined in. "We've got to help her!" Sophia exclaimed. Vamps scoffed. "Help that son of a gun? Hell no! If you ask me, she's getting what she deserves."

"But no one was asking you, so we're going." Perrito said, walking towards them. "Hey idiot!" He screamed. The group of men turned around. "Why are fighting the girl? She's so weak! Why don't you fight me instead?" He challenged. I looked at the girl who looked like she was going to snap his neck. She stood up and gave him a smile. "Thank you very much kind sir, but I can take them." Perrito chuckled."You could barely fight before .What makes you so confident now?" She walked over to him and kicked him. "I don't like it when people call me 'weak'."she scowled.

Suddenly, there were monsters rising through the ground. "Now, my fiends! Take them down!" She orderd. One by one, the men were knocked out. I was shocked. I never knew she had such power. Once the fight was over, the monsters went back to where they came from, leaving the injured on the floor. She walked away with a grin full of pride and approached us.

That's when her smile faded."What do you people want?" I held out a hand. "I think we got off on the wrong foot. Come with us so we can get to know each other." I said, cheerfully. She nodded her head. "Alright. Oh, I almost forgot the other guy!"
"What other guy?"
"The one I kicked." She said, pointing to Perrito. "I'll get him."
She touched him and suddenly he was up and healed.
"How did you do that?" Perrito exclaimed.
"You were in an illusion starting from when I kicked you. I just took you out of it." She said. She helped him up and smiled. "Shall we get going?"
