"I did phone you back, I just toke a while," she said pulling away making Troy grin. "But your number was out of service.
"I moved, I took your advise and quit the NBA and moved to where I had felt most at home. You were right I needed to quit being mad at my dad. So I moved down here and am teaching musical theatre down the road. I broke my foot a month ago so that's why I am here. However, are you living here now to? Since if you are, I would love for us to go out with you."
"I am engaged," Gabriella said showing Troy her ring. "However, I just got offered a job here after only excepting to come here for a retreat for school but my life is in LA. My family, friends, Danny and his school, friends and family. But the fact that I just came down here for a retreat and got offered an amazing job..."
"Gabriella I saw you at Stanford, carrying all those book. When I was at UOF I never read half as many books you have. I know you work so hard, where I climbed into your room for our date at two in the morning you were still up. You need to let your hard work pay off," Troy said sincerely, not even thinking about the fact that the girl in the blue dress would be moving here, which could been heard in his voice.
"Thanks Troy, now I just need to figure things out with Danny," she said before turning and walking back in the building to use a phone.
