The door flew open..... My dad was at the door

He was talking to someone outside so his head was turned, that gave me..... well practically us  more time .

We dash for the stairs and quickly into my room I trip and fell face first to the ground..

"How comes, you never told me that your dad would be home so fucking soon?! Chase bellowed at me .

So he is mad that my dad's home but not that I just landed on my face and it hurt.. I only have one words and amma split it in two

"Firstly fuck face I didn't know he was gonna be here so soon so screw you. how was I suppose to know tell me ??!!! . Second did you not see me drop face first on the ground....."

The veins in his head where about to burst .... He was gonna shout but if he ever dare shout amma put my foot up his ass like he's forgetting my dad is downstairs

I just scream not at anyone in particular. But just scream, I fling my door open then march down the stairs
"Heyy hunny.... You OK?!" dad ask me, undoing his tie

"Am OK.... I guess .....how comes your home so early..."

"Well my baby's sick so I ask my boss if I could come and stay with you a little...... You know I won't let u stay here by yourself sha-sha "

That stupid nickname he gave me when I was a kid I simply roll my eyes then I remember dad wouldn't care if I was home alone

I raise my eyebrows at him . he gave me a sweet innocent smile ...

"Daddd why did u really come home" something was not right I could smell it or was it the burnt chicken that is still on the counter .

"Fine you caught me. I-I came home early because.... well... Am tired of work and you sick was my ticket so now I get to sit back watch football and drink beer with my friend....."

I was at lost of words so I use the only words I could comprehend in mind

"Ahh.... Which friend ?!" If its a woman am gonna tell mom on h-

"Mr.Edwards ... You know our next door neighbour.... He's bringing his children over as well"

Some one shoot me now !!! Then rip out my heart then chop up my bones then crush my heart !!

I dash for the stairs and went to my room. Cutting him off from his sentence ..  the only thing that could make me feel better is a nice shower........

2 hours later....... 🕡🕔

I got out the shower then pick up my phone which was on the face basin" 7:12 pm... Huh mom will be home soon " I put my dirty clothes in my wash basket then walk out in my room .....

Shock...

Angry.... 

Fucking embarrass....... 

At my door staring the hell out at me is my fucked up neighbour Chase fucking Edwards .... He just stood there staring I quickly dash back in the bathroom before screaming out....

I was practically in the bathroom for half and hour considering if I should go out there our not , in a towel of course....

I rap the towel around me then open the door I peek through it first then saw the coast was clear I sprint to my door then close it
I put on some clothes then put my phone to charge I look on my night stand he look back at me ...

I pick up the picture then run my thumb over his face his nice chocolate brown face. Then I look at myself I was smiling at my dad who was taking the picture my small fragile 8 year old body was clinging to his as he hold my hand ....

I killed him

I took his life

Am the reason

I hate my self

I wish i would just die

I killed this innocent boy..........
