It was an average night. I finished bathing and slipped in to some pants and drifted to sleep. My breathing slowed and my heart calm, but tonight the world spin into its own reality. I awoke in front of a gate about six times my size. It was magnificent but frightening; it was the gates of hell. I walked through sweating bullets trembling in my shoes. I entered a city filled with skyscrapers that touched the dark night sky. The moon was huge and blood red, it was a bewildering sight for sure. I walked along the buildings until I found a small hut. The hut was old, broken down, and was built from scorched wood. I entered to find a man sitting on the floor reading. At a closer glance it was the Holy Bible. The man told me his name was Jesus and that he was here to take me home. We walked outside and in a blink of an eye a bright light overcame us and brought us to the heavens. I awoke in bed once more and turned to my side. The clock read 6:30 so I rolled back over and drifted. To my dismay I was back in hell, but this time my fear and love was traded for hatred and lust. I had a long sword that shined purple in the moon light and sliced through anything that came in my way. I was in a parking lot in some sort of shopping mart. I jumped from car to car cutting down any man, woman, or child that crossed my path. I destroyed all the cars looted the stores and laughed at the polices foolish attempt at killing me. I stylishly waltzed into a store and committed acts that I never thought a person like me could do, but in this world I felt no remorse or pain just rage and a constant lust for blood. The vision started to fade and became black. I saw two figures in the shadows. One was in a white robe with a cross necklace. His skin was smooth and had bright brown eyes filled with love and compassion. The other was in a black blood stained robe. His body was scarred and his eyes were as black as coal and full of hate. They were both me. I stared shocked at the site. They came towards me and touched me slightly. Their warmth took over my body and all my feelings of love, doubt, fear, hatred all came back to me as my two personalities, my ying and yang, came together to make someone like me. I heard a soft feminine voice call my name. My world shattered like a broken glass panel and awoke to the burning light and my mother looking at me. I simply stared at her as if I was crazy, put a smile on my face, and went on my way to the bathroom to start my day.
