*** I woke up to the sound of Jace's light snoring
. A wave of warmth went through me.
We were now all sprawled over my bed, sheets half over, pillows now on the ground. I studied Jace's face as he slept and snuggled into his arms a little more. He didn't look peaceful, more thoughtful, like in a faraway place. I layed my head down once again and felt a quick movement shake me as he woke up. A smile spread across his face. Then, yup. Shud've seen it coming! A smirk. "Well hey there
" He said smugly
"Yeah, hey there" I repeated and moved away as quickly as I could out of his arms.
I couldn't act like I enjoyed it, it would ruin it all. "Aren't you supposed to stay in the guest room?" "Mhhmm" he said and scooted right back next to me and wrapped his arms around me again. Damn I thought. How the hell do I fight THIS? But I found the strength. I pinched his arm as hard as I could so he screamed loud enough to wake up Stan.
"WTF Grace!" "Well I told you to get out" I smirked.
"C'mon Stan" he said, as he jumped outta my bed and followed him out my room. But before he left, he gave me it. That smile that sent butterflies swimming around in my stomach every time.
