I'm warning you, I made this in four hours today and I was too bored to evaluate it. Please ignore if you find any mistake, try to understand that I was sleeping before I made this.

Before you guys dig in let me inform you of the first part of the story. You will see that there are some thoughts written and expressed in brackets; these are not mine but Natsu's. Why? Well it shall be explained at the end of the story. (^_^)

[What!? (O_O) What the hell is going on here?!]

The old man stared at the young blonde with wide eyes. The mug of beer long forgotten as he hopped from his desk and approached the young girl.

"Can I have the reason behind this sudden demand?"

[Why yes, please tell us... (* =_=) Why the fuck you wanna leave?!]

The young woman bit her lip and stared at the ground before her eyes looked up again. The sight had the old master's heart aching and his lips fell to a frown.

"I...I need to grow...stronger...in order to keep up...with everyone..."

[Huh..? (=.= )]

"Your teamates do not concider you weak, my child..."

[Exactly! (=w= *) Well said, Jii-chan!]

"I...I know but..."

"What is it that you hide from me, child?"

[Wait, what... (=.= ")]

Makarov watched as his child took in a deep breath calming herself, straighting her back and then her watery eyes fell upon him. As if the sight wasn't painful enough, he saw her raise her hand and placing it on her navel. And that's when it clicked him.

[Huh..what clicked? (=.="")]

"Lu...Lu-cy..."

"I see you understood why..."

The old man narrowed his eyes at the girl, "That is a reason for me to not let you go, Lucy. And I won't comply to such a thing, you know that very well."

Tears started falling down her cheeks as she swallowed a sob, "M-Master...p-please...I-I hav-"

"Does the father know?"

[Huh? (=.= ") Father?...Her father?]

She didn't respond. Merely she looked at the floor. Makarov's eyes stared hard at the girl opposite of him, "Who is it, Lucy? Who is the father of the child?"

[Wait, what?! (O-O) What child?!]

She bit her lip and went to say something...

[Σ(OwO )]

...but she didn't.

She kept it for herself. But Makarov did see the longing look in her eyes. And he understood. Slowly he reached for her hand and took it in a tight hold. The celestial spirit mage looked at the saddened old man behind her long blonde bangs.

"Where will you go?"

[What? (o_o )]

Lucy smiled sadly at her master, "I've already spoke to Spetto-san, a maid that took care of me when I was little and explained her the situation. She'll take me in."
