'You're gonna be so pretty! Just you wait, just you wait,' Phichit squealed as he applied some last minute lip gloss to Yuuri's lips. Yuuri laughed quietly.

Yuuri, at Yura's request, had worn a dress. It was like a sort of recognition of the blonde Russian.

Yura had helped him pick out the dress. He looked absolutely beautiful. Yura would have been one of Yuuri's groomsman, but that was not possible. So she became the only bridesmaid—groomsmaid?— instead. And maid of honour because there was no other groomsmaid—bridesmaid?—.

Yuuri looked at his dress. It was the same familiar blue shades as the jacket he'd worn those seven months ago. It was a traditional-style Japanese wedding kimono, long and flowing, draping gracefully over his shoulders and beautifully decorated with hand-sewn flower designs.

There were flowers clipped carefully onto Yuuri's hair. This had been difficult to do since his hair was incredibly short. It had taken Yura and Hiroko an entire hour to clip the flowers on. They were beautiful.

Viktor had refused to wear a traditional Russian wedding suit because they were apparently incredibly 'ugly' and somewhat uncomfortable. Yuuri didn't mind. He wanted Viktor to be happy on their wedding day.

'Pretty?' Yuuri whispered. Phichit gave him a loving smile.

'Always,' he replied slowly.

'Thank you,' Yuuri said softly, then wrapped his arms around the Thai man in front of him.

Phichit sighed, his arms wrapped tightly around his best friend. Today was a good day. He envied Yuuri for having found true love so soon. Phichit had Seung Gil, yes, but that didn't mean they would be together the rest of their lives.

He had to go out now. It was time. Viktor was probably waiting for his call.

'Let's do this,' Yuuri nodded. Phichit squealed in delight.

'We're ready!' he yelled. Yuuri's mum appeared in the doorway. She was wearing a light blue gown that fit comfortably around her figure. She looked like she was about to cry.

'My beautiful son,' she smiled, 'I'm so happy for you. Let's go make some history, okay?'

Yuuri nodded, taking a step towards her then wrapping his arms around her in a tight hug.

It had been extremely hard for her when she found out about Yuuri's being deaf. She had felt so hopeless because she wasn't there for her son. It was still eating her up inside, even though Yuuri repeatedly had told her that it was okay and he had relied on Viktor and Phichit and Yura throughout those stressful times.

'Mamma, I want to take a picture of You and Yuuri before you go,' Phichit said, holding up a camera. Hiroko nodded and pulled away from Yuuri, motioning to Phichit's camera. Yuuri smiled and turned to Phichit with his arm wrapped around his mum's waist.

After the picture, Yuuri turned to his mum again, nodding. Hiroko was tearing up again when she took his arm and walked towards the door.

They entered the hallways which led to the chapel. The piano was being played by Lawliet, who was apparently an expert pianist. He was getting paid for this; it was the only reason he was doing it.

Viktor was waiting for him only a few feet away. He held the bouquet of flowers in his hand.

The chairs in the room had white satin covers and blue and pink alternating chair sashes. There were flower petals on either side of the aisle, both pink and blue.
