Nandini woke up disturbed by the rays of sunlight peeking through the windows. She sat up on bed & thought to make a move towards manik. She went to the washroom & got ready.

Nandini's outfit
She thought of making breakfast for everyone. She went to the kitchen & decided to make oatmeal, bagels,cheese toast & cinnamon rolls. She was busy in her work when she felt someone's presence behind her & saw manik.
"Good morning" she wished busy in her work.
Manik woke up early & thought of going for a jog. He came back & saw nandini's back & went inside. He was observing her each & every expression until he decided to make his appearance known. She wished him with her honey-coated voice & he was literally in a daze.
"Good morning. Why are you here early in the morning?" he said coming out of his trance & stood behind her.
"Making breakfast obviously" she said in a duh tone.
She could feel his warmth vibrating from him. He caged her by keeping his hands on either sides of her.
"So you were saying that you won't become my girlfriend ever?" he whispered & blew some air in her ear.
"Um hmm" she can't help but mutter due to his close proximity.
"You know you look so pretty & for your information you will become my girlfriend. If not today then tomorrow " he said assuringly & his hands made their way towards her belly circling it around.
She turned around & now she was facing him. Her hands encircled his neck. Manik was shocked by her gesture. She was leaning towards him & he was watching her dreamily.
"Overconfidence always makes you loose the game sweetheart" she whispered in his ears & pushed him making her free.
He came out of his dreamy trance & saw nandini smirking.
"Ah huh? Wipe that smirk lady. The game is so on" he said smilingly & exited the kitchen.
Nandini smiled so big that her cheeks started hurting. After all these years they were so close & she can't be more happy about that. Doesn't matter she hated his mere thought in these years but the longing to see him,touch him overpowered her hate.
Their love was too strong to fade away due to a mistake. This longing & distance just made their love grew rather than fading.
It's all about time that they will get together. This time no distance, no sacrifice, no misunderstanding only their true love.
