Yuuri POV
I was at Minako's wedding. At the start, it seemed like a normal wedding. Apparently, Minako and Chris rented out an entire club, with a full bar. Viktor and were starting our regular morning practices again soon, so I personally decided it'd be best not to have any drinks. Viktor, along with almost everyone else thought otherwise. Yurio and Otabek stayed home, and watched some movies. Now, I was standing in a crowd of people, most of whom had had too many drinks. Including Viktor. "Yuuuuuuuuri!" I heard someone yell. I turned around. There he was. Viktor, stumbling towards me. "Oh my..." I muttered and shook my head. "I told you not too." Viktor simply giggle. "Come dance with me." he said.
"No, no, no, I don't dance...." I said nervously.
"Sure you don't." Chris said as he danced past me with Minako. He was referring to the party after the GP final.
"I saw the pictures." Minako added. "Dance with Viktor."
I couldn't say no to the bride and groom... I turned to Viktor. He was staring at me with those puppy dog eyes he does whenever he wants something from me. I rolled my eyes and sighed in defeat. "Fine. But not for long." I told Viktor. He immediately yanked me onto the dance floor. 'Not for long' turned into 3 hours. Soon, it was time to leave. By that time Viktor was done. He hanging off my shoulders (Literally) as I dragged him to the car. "Can we go home..?" he muttered sleepily.
"That's where we're going, don't worry." I told him.
"Mmm-hmm... okay..." he muttered. I got him in the car and started to drive home. It took about a half hour to get there, so Viktor turned on the radio. He flipped through some stations. We sang to songs and laughed the whole drive home. I loved him, I really did. He was such an amazing person. He made me feel wanted, loved. He was warm and cuddly too. No matter what, I will always love him. I looked at him singing to his favorite song and smiled. He was so... Free. (Make us free na Splash! Kasaneta hikari no KONTORASUTO abite!! ....I'll go home) Once we got home, I went over the passenger side door and opened it. "Carry me?" Viktor asked, with the puppy eyes. "Alright." I agreed. I picked him up bridal style and he hung onto my neck. By the time I got the door open he had fallen asleep in my arms. Adorable. When I got inside, Otabek and Yurio were sleeping on the couch. I should get them a blanket... I thought. It was cold after all. I went upstairs and put Viktor in bed. I began to leave. "Yuuri...? Where are going...?" He mumbled.
"I'll be back in a minute, alright?" I replied quietly. Viktor nodded. I got a blanket and covered Otabek and Yurio with it. Beka was with them too. How adorable. I remembered when my mom would take pictures of me when I slept. I took out my phone and snapped a quick picture. I didn't know how long this peacefulness would last, considering recent events. I shrugged the thought off, and went to bed. The second I layed down, Viktor got up and flopped on top of me. He started to snore. Makkachin curled up on our feet. I smiled. Viktor's hand moved to cover my face. This was perfect.
