I’ve never been in an airport by myself; I was really nervous. I went to Starbucks and got a venti shaken iced black tea lemonade with a chocolate caramel cake pop. I went to pay but the cashier said “oh that’s on me beautiful.” I was shocked. No one ever called me beautiful. “uh thanks.” I smiled. I’m not very good at talking to boys, let alone trying to flirt with them. I hurried away from him and found my flight’s gate. I sat down next to the window and watched the workers load up the plane with our luggage. The announcer said our flight was starting to board. Oh great. I thought. Ugh its time to board. Calm down Sarah! It’s just an airplane! The lady called my section and I walked up to the counter. She scanned my ticket with a smile. “Here ya go” she said. I cautiously walked into the plane and looked for my seat, 22A. I found it and put my carry on in the overhead bin and sat down. I got a window seat. I popped in a piece of gum and waited to see who was going to sit next to me. I kept checking twitter for any updates. Omg! Jack tweeted! He tweeted an airplane emoji.. oh so he’s flying somewhere too. Cool.
