James is waiting for the bus, but in the back of his mind he is hoping he will bump into Aleks. He waits and waits and waits no site of the bus (or Aleks) he finally sees the bus, but as soon the bus is on it's way to the bus stop Aleks shows up skateboarding, James had two options he can wait to go on the bus that is less then a block away from him or he can wait 6 seconds for Aleks to go pass him. James chooses to walk away from the bus stop and start walking home, just as he starts walking Aleks stops on his skateboard and says hi to James, but not before he sees the bus James was suppose to be in drive away.
"Hello James"
"Hello Aleks"
Theirs a small silent pause, Aleks brakes it.
"Want a cookie?" Aleks hands James the cookie bag, James just gets one of the m&m mini cookies, so he won't look greedy.
"So were you going?" Aleks asks James
"Home. And you? Were you going?"
Aleks just points straight. James giggles. He is still holding the cookie to "cherish it".
Aleks asks were James walks to get home.
"So were you go?"
"I go straight, then I make a right. Were do you go"
Aleks points again to show that he just pretty much goes straight.
James giggles again.
Aleks then pops the last cookie in his mouth and makes a quick turn on his skateboard and makes a circle and gets on a little step as to "show off" then he almost eats shit, in other words he almost falls by doing that. James then says he looks "taller" when on his skateboard, he immediately regrets it since it is obvious he is taller because he is on top of something. Aleks then makes it seem as if he is leaving, but he stops and sits on the ledge and just looks at James seductively then throws his trash down the ditch. They continue to walk and talk. They have to cross the street and Aleks makes a comment.
"I'm always afraid to cross this street, once I almost got ran over here because their was a crack and my skateboard fucked up and I fell in the middle of the street!"
James responds by simply saying "aww"
Aleks thought James was going to go so he reaches out his hand to shake hands with James. James was about to shake his hand, but thought agents it.
"I'm going up" James says pointing at the hill Aleks was going up.
"No cause it makes it harder for you, just go the easy way."
"No I want to go up the hill" James says smiling
"But it will make it harder for you"
"But I want to go up"
"Ok well play rock, paper, scissors."
"Okay so if I win you walk with me"
"Fine"
James gets scissors and Aleks gets rock
"I'm still going up" James says
"Well then I'm going this way" he points to the way Aleks goes
"Well then I'm going that way to" James says
"Well then I'm going up" Aleks says smiling
"Then I'm going up" James replies
"Fine then I just won't go anywhere" Aleks stands in protest
"Then I'm not going anywhere either" James stands in protest too
"Fine" Aleks says
"Fine" James replies
"Okay" Aleks says as he starts walking up the hill
James just smiles.
They walk up the hill and talk about how Aleks lives both with his sister who is close to their school and in National really far from school.
"So you just go on your skateboard from School to National every day?"
"Yeah. You know what's the funnest thing about skateboarding?" He says smiling
"No what" James says in a kind tone
"Going down a hill; it's the funnest thing you can do."
"I would definitely try it if I was not so clumsy, like hell you saw me in lunch last week I tripped on my own feet, I really doubt I will be able to skate"
"Yeah well I trip a lot" he says with a smirk
They get to the top of the hill
"Well bye James" he puts out his hand again to shake it
"I cross here to" James says with a smile and giggle
"Oh" he laughs
They cross.
"There, now this is were I go"
Aleks looks a little sad, but he quickly smiles and puts out his hand again.
"Goodbye Aleks"
"Goodbye James"
Aleks's hand shake is very firm and manly.
James makes his turn and looks back to see if Aleks is still there, once he sees Aleks is not he jumps for joy and starts internally screaming.
"I'm never washing this hand!" as he laughs.
