I'm dedicating this chapter to my beautiful girlfriend Dusty, because she has supported me through every crap moment in the past few months. She, in fact, inspired me to write this. ❤❤❤

My phone was ringing.

"H-hello?"

"Hey, Tyler..... Do you want me to come pick you up?"

"Y-yeah..."

"I'll be right there."

"O-okay"

I tossed on some real clothes and ran down the stairs. I grabbed an apple and ran outside to see him just pulling into the driveway.

I hopped into the passenger seat. I was becoming more open with Josh around.

"Hey, Ty."

"Hi."

"Tyler." He looked me in the eye.

"Y-yeah?"

"Sing to me."

"Ok.."

"We all are stranger creatures
Than when we all started out as kids...
Culture forbids...
We have romantic fantasies about what dying truly is...
To fall off the grid.
We live for the night's decor,
It reveals what we dream of"

"Wow."

I giggled, blushing.

"You know, I wrote one for you...."

"Let me hear it!!"

"Okay, but it doesn't have a name."

"That's fine."

"I know what you think in the morning,
When the sun shines on the ground,
And shows what you have done.
It shows where your mind has gone
And you swear to your parents
That it will never happen again
I know, I know what that means,
I know..."

"Josh... That was.... For... Me?

"Heh... Yep..."

He kissed me at the stoplight.

We stopped at a park, and I saw a dog.

"Puppy!!" I screamed, and ran out of the car.

Josh followed me, running to catch up.

I pet the puppy. His name was Max.

Josh and I then laced our hands together and walked into the forest.
