Forgotten princess

A lost hope,

consumed by the people who made her lose hope on love

she covers her face with a mask

and walks blindly across the tightrope of life

Searching for an answer a slimmer of hope

To find some people to help her cope

A group of people who were like her

A group of people who never judged her

Was this truly friendship? she asked herself once

Could she lower her walls and let out a call

A mask that covered her misery

Will it fall off and bring sympathy

The fear of drowning washed away

As she knew she could float away

To trust them with her sadness and swaying songs

The fallen tears and forgotten fears

The rumors, the pain for them all to hear

If she could do just that

Happiness would be here

Holding forever friendships to hold near

For thou lost hope

i'll lead a way

To a place of hope

A tale forever told

By the ones who love

The tail of a forgotten princess

Shall forever be sung
