Romance.
When did you start reading fanfiction?
I read Dark last year and I loved it. I couldn't wait any longer though so I took a break from reading until my friend showed me After on wattpad. I joined and I've been reading since!
When did you start writing fanfiction?
I started writing my first one back in December of 2013 called She's The One, and then I just recently started a new one called Rumors.
Both are Harry fanfics (as you can probably tell by now I just really love him) except he's famous in the first one with the rest of the boys and the second is an au.
What is one of your inspirations to write fanfiction?
To be honest, other fan fiction. Whenever I write, I need to have the feels going crazy so I can be in my own little world that's just fully involved in whomever I'm writing about. So I usually read other fanfics or watch One Direction videos just to get me going, then I just get the urge to write.
Is writing a career or a hobby?
It's a hobby for now but I'm starting to consider it as a career.
If you see writing as a hobby, would you think of it as a career in the future?
Yes! I would really really love it. Probably one of my top dream jobs.
Do you ever have writers block? If you do, how do you over come it?
I usually just wait it out. That, or like I said in the previous question, watch 1D vids, catch up on the fanfic I'm reading, occupy my mind with other 1D related things.
Do you work with an outline or do you just write?
I have an outline in my head, but I always forget it. So most of the time I just right, keeping in mind the faint details I want to make sure are put in the story.
What is the easiest part of writing a story?
Nothing! Haha writing is hard. But I think once you get a good plot going, the rest of the story line for the chapter just flows out.
What is the hardest part of writing a story?
Everything! I never want to publish anything until its at least perfection LOL. A lot of thinking goes into writing the story and how you want your story to be portrayed. It's a challenge straight down to the punctuation and word choice.
What is your main goal of writing stories on wattpad?
To have Rumors (my Harry AU fanfic) become popular like all the other successful stories here on wattpad.
Do you want any of your stories to be published?
I think it would be amazing! My stories are a little cliche though so I would need to change some things and definitely the names. I don't think I would use the boys' names.
What would you like to tell people that are new to wattpad and are just beginning to post stories?
Make lots of friends! Talk to people and comment and join clubs! Get your name and your stories out there!
