Many years later Winnie and eggs

Chapter one

Dear dairy

The last time I saw eggs was when he was a dirty little box trolls covered in filth and dirt, but something made my heart beat every time he looked at me. The times we would spent together rescuing the box trolls where the best of times.

I just wish I could pull have told eggs how I felt about him before he left, but he left all of a sudden with his father into the big world and here I am a flower shop owner, daughter of a white top hats daughter.

But great news had happened today Rumours have it that eggs and his father are returning, and I promised myself I would tell eggs how I feel about him if it's the last thing I do.

Winnie

Winnie's POV

Winnie walked into her shop with the fresh scent of flowers filling her nostrils, but today was a day where she felt nervous eggs was returning.

I wonder if he had changed it's been a while Winnie thought to herself, "hello Winnie!" Her father said as he popped in through the door with his boxtroll friend oscar.

"Hello father" said Winnie as went over fixing the flowers in the shop, "great news eggs and his father have returned" the sound made Winnie's heart pop," so soon?" Was all Winnie could say.

"Yes Winnie why what's the matter aren't you excited to see him?" Her father spurged, "yes where is he then?".

"He is in his old house near the library" her father said, "will you accompany me if I go to see them?"he said.

Winnie stared at her "sure father" she said while giving a fake smile, oh god now I really am going to see eggs Winnie thought with nerves knotting in her stomach.

Winnie then made her way towards his house with her father all kind of feelings where stirring up.

Just as they reached the door Winnie felt her heart pulse so high, when eggs father answered the door he had a big smile on his face "oh Winnie!!" The father cried.

"Lovely to see you!" Said Winnie awkwardly hugging him back, "oh white top hat!!" He boasted at Winnie father.

"Hello sir" he replied, "please do come in!" He gestured at him.

"Thank you!" They both said as they walked in "so where is eggs?" Asked Winnie in a quick response.

"Oh he is out should be back in a minute or two my dear he out seeing seeing his old box troll friends" his Father said as he reached for the tray of scones and butter.

All Winnie could think about was seeing him again and it frightened her maybe he won't get back in time Winnie said to comfort Herself.

"How was your time away?" Winnie father said. "Oh it was marvellous we went to Rome then to Paris where eggs met...."

"Father I-I'm back" eggs said as his presence became awkward when he saw Winnie, "eggs!" Winnie's father boasted.

"Oh hello sir hello Winnie" was all eggs could say, Winnie gave a gentle smile "hello eggs"

Just then a girl walked in "hello eggs my darling please get my trunk for me" as she kissed his lips.
