Today was the day. Clarke looked at the watch on her wrist. The blonde mumbled under her breath, "Where the hell is she?" Clarke scanned the streets, tapping her foot. The blonde was wearing a white dress with one-inch white heels. Lexa shortly after showed up around the corner walking up to Clarke. Lexa was wearing a black dress with black shoes. They were totally wearing opposite colors, and it was an accident. Clarke blinked at Lexa, "What took you forever?" Lexa let out a chuckle "Well, I had to get ready...and look pretty for you." Clarke rolled her eyes and laughed a bit. "Cute..." Lexa held out her hand, waiting for Clarke to grab it. Clarke latched her fingers in between the brunettes fingers. Lexa sent Clarke a soft smile, leaning over to kiss Clarke's cheek, and whispered in Clarke's ear, "You look beautiful, hun." Clarke smiled, looking down and biting her lower lip slightly. "You look beautiful too, Lexa." She scanned Lexa's body, up and down. 'What a masterpiece...'  Lexa raised a brow at Clarke and started to walk, hands still locked together. The brunette smirked at the blonde. "So, where do you want to go to eat?" Clarke looked around the busy street. "Hmmm...How about that fancy diner that is in this part of town?" She looked at Lexa, waiting for a response. Lexa nodded, "Sure. I would eat anywhere with you, no matter how terrible the service is. It matters that you are with me, and we are spending time together." She slowly picked up Clarke's hand that she was holding onto and kissed the back of her soft hand. Lexa then spotted the diner nearby. Shortly after, they proceeded into the restaurant. As they entered, they weren't afraid of getting looks from all the people in there. Since LGBTQ+ was now accepted in society, it was pretty calming. Lexa and Clarke looked around. The place was large, full of dull lights, setting a perfect mood for both of them as they waited in line. There were only two seated tables, must have been a date only type of restaurant, which was lovely. Lexa walked forward with Clarke as the line started to get shorter and shorter. Shortly after, the two was standing infront of the counter. The waitress smiled at them, "Follow me."
