what will Addison do?

The next day Hazel's grandma takes Addison home, When Addison gets home she immediately adds Landon on Facebook. she messages him hi and he reply's with hi back.  Addison asks what are you doing and he says nothing just bored so Addison takes the chance to ask him if she can video call him. He says sure,so she calls him and gets a little nervous. Then start talking and out of now where Addison says Hazel is cheating on you.Landon asks how do you know that. Addison tells him about the whole story on how Hazel was talking to another boy telling him that she loved him. Landon was upset because all of his relationships end like this so Addison felt bad for him and also she really liked him so she asked him out he said yes. The next thing Landon does is message Hazel on Facebook and tell her he is done with her she reply's  with i don't care bye. Landon almost start to cry because of what she said so Addison tries to comfort him. He looked so broken inside it made her cry a little bit. is Hazel out of both of their lives for good or will she come back?
