Y/N POV
It was around 11:00pm and it sounded like everyone was asleep so as silent as I could I made my way down the stairs cringing everyone one of them squeaked. Even after I was safely down the bottom I waited there holding my breath to make sure I made no sound at all. After I was certain I hadn't woke anyone up I dragged myself to the kitchen for a glass of water. After I was finished I rinsed it and placed it on the drainer. But the sound of the front door opening echoed through the house making me stand stiff.
Someone was breaking in.
I couldn't moved it felt like I was glued on the spot. My chest tightened and my breathing became heavy.
A hooded tall, well built figure came around the corner wearing a mask that covered his face leaving only his eyes on show. He came closer and all I was able to do was step back with every step he took forward.
"Please, leave me alone, no, get away!" I pleaded in between my ragged breaths.
The dark figure lunged forward grabbing my arms and demanded for me to tell him wear the money is.
I couldn't answer as my chest felt tighter, tears were now rolling down my face and my breathing was short and ragged.  I was having a panic attack.
The dark mysterious man seemed to of let me go because I was sliding down the the kitchen cupboards and I sat huddled in the floor with my knees hugged to my chest!
Jakes POV
I was pulling a prank on Y/N for my vlog until it all turned sour. She started to freak out and she looked she was having a panic attack, tears ran down her cheeks as she sat in the corner of the kitchen. Even after my several attempts to calm her down her reaction didn't change, it was like she couldn't see or hear me. Soon the rest of team 10 came into the kitchen and there smiling faces faded away at the sight of poor Y/N. Tristan was the first to speak up, " Jake what the hell, it wasn't supposed to go this far!" He said whiles kneeling down next to me. Then followed The Martinez twins mumbling some Spanish to each other probably confused out of their minds. I decided to try again because Y/N was really starting to scare me now.
I placed my hands on either side of her face and made her make eye contact with me so I knew she could see me.
"Y/N, it was a prank, no one will hurt you, we are here." I say to her wholes wiping away the tears.
"We are all here, we will protect you no matter what." Tristan added whiles pointing to the rest of the worried members of team 10 that gathered around behind him. Thankfully Y/N must of understood what had happened because her breathing became more regular and her shaking hands became still. She slowly stood up and embraced the whole of team 10 in a group hug. After we all had our little moment we broke the hug and started to depart our separate ways.
Y/N POV
Once we had our group hug and everyone started to leave I grabbed Jake by the hand making him face.
"You okay now Y/N " he asked
"Yeah I will be once I do this" I replied and he returned that with a puzzled look on his face. Then I punched him in the arm with all the strength I could gather.
"Don't you ever scare me like that again you adorable idiot!" I say before laughing and walking away.
