Violet's P.O.V:
(TEASER)
A legend says that one day, a little girl decided to gather up all the sad stories she told about her life and release them in a bonfire. She sent the sparks and ash to the heavens where they were transformed into love. She announced the past complete and spread a blanket of love over every bit of her life. A cheer went up in the heavens and the angels were delighted. The girl had found her way to the light.
Unfortunately, that's not really how it happens. Some souls of the dead stay here on Earth to tend to unfinished business they had while they were living. But some souls are attached to a power source. In order to get ride of a soul you have to find their power source and destroy it. But you may never find it. Some power sources are easy to figure out and others are pretty impossible.
My name is Violet Harmon, I'm dead, and I don't even know it.
