Topaz's Story

Chapter 1: Listen to your heart

"Ok, the "Creature" is gone now.."
"Are you gonna come out or what?"
said a female figure with pink hair of different hues and her body covered with very little armor to her hiding partner with a hint of impatience and teasing in her voice

As this was said, the other figure wearing bandages around her arms and a collar with a diamond shaped structure hanging from its neckband emerged from it's place of hiding but there is still a sense of nervousness in it's body to look directly at her pink haired partner

Sighing the pink haired girl said "You know, if you wanted to be a soldier you've got to be brave! And not hide everytime you see a new face!"

Still scanning the area, her partner replied while stammering "I-I know.. B-but i can't help it"

Sighing once more she questions herself "What am I gonna do with you..?"

The dark haired figure looking rather embarassed with what her partner had just said spoke with the usual dejection in her voice
"Oh, you're right..."
"I'm such a disappointment to you.."

Turning her head to her partner she thinks back of the reason as to why she's like this, she knows she's different but she has to learn to stand up for herself. Without a second thought she quickly grabbed her partner's hand and ran

"GAH! Spinel, wait! What's the meaning of this!? WHERE ARE WE GOING!??" Her dark haired partner exclaimed

Spinel quickly replied "Continuing our mission, Topaz"

Topaz should be used to being partnered with a quartz gem of very high enthusiasm. She should also be used to having things suddenly going in her face....But no she is still not used to it.
