Chapter 17

A/N Dear Connor Murphy......huh...oh hi! Umm....sorry for all that sadness I put you through. You're probably gonna either love or hate me by the end of this.....LETS GO!!!

Veronica POV

'You could do something with that jacket."

I turned around and was faced with a tall figure looming over me.

"Seriously, give me my jacket back."

Veronica - J....Jason?

"It's JD"

I smiled and hopped up and leaped into my boyfriends arms. He laughed and grabbed my waist and twirled me around in the air. I bent down and kissed him softly. He kissed back with passion and pushed my hair out of my face.

Veronica - HOW ARE YOU STILL ALIVE??!!
JD - I....I don't really know. I knew I was dead. But then....Chandler, Duke, Sky, and Martha appeared to me. Chandler told me I was dead but that I would need to make a sacrifice.
Veronica - What's that?!

JD pulled up his pants to reveal two robotic legs instead of real ones. He sighed and dropped them back down again....making the two metal objects disappear once again.

JD - I felt like I was alive....Chandler watched as Martha carefully pulled my left leg off and Duke ripped my other one off. It was one of the most painful things I've ever gone through.
Heather - So....how did your weird legs happen?
JD - I guess.....they just snapped their fingers and here they were!

Heather McNamara POV

I smiled as JD and Veronica continued their reunion. Inward a soft noise go past my ear. I turned around and saw specks of blue floating in the air. The particles floated to a broken shed and I raced behind them.

I stumbled into the broken down shelter. I watched as the particles swarmed around me and took the shapes of two humans. I covered my mouth as I recognised who they were.

HeatherC - Hey Heather.
HeatherM - Heather?!
HeatherD - And Heather!
HeatherM - Oh.....Hi Heather!
HeatherD - Don't act so happy Heather!
HeatherC - SHUT UP HEATHER!!!
HeatherD - Sorry Heather!
HeatherM - What are you doing here? I thought you were dead.
HeatherC - We are.....but...I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you.
HeatherM - You're....proud of me?
HeatherD - Sadly.
HeatherC - You were always the weakest Heather....but look at you know. Now you're the only one left.
HeatherM - Thank you.
HeatherC - Go continue your young life Heather. And don't forget about us!
HeatherM - I could never forget you Heather! But...I can try to forget Heather!
HeatherD - HEY!!!!

I smiled and ran out of the shed with a smile on my face. Heather Chandler was actually proud of me.

HeatherC - I don't blame her....you did try to kill her.

I ran outside and saw that Ram hadn't moved an inch from where he was. I silently walked towards the boy and sat down next to him. He looked terrible with his head in his hands. I could hear him sobbing his eyes out. I wish I could comfort him, but I didn't know how.

Veronica sat on the other side of Ram with JD standing behind her. We all bowed our heads, knowing that we had lost Kurt Kelly.

JD POV

I bowed my head for Kurt. Kurt could annoy me sometimes, but I knew that he was a good person and that he didn't deserve to die. 

HeatherC - Jason.....

I flung my head up. My eyes were wide and I was looking around everywhere. I had heard someone that sounded like Heather whisper in my ear. Was she dying to tell me something?

I jumped into the ruins. I just had an urge in my stomach that told me to jump in. Heather, Veronica, and Ram flung their heads up as they heard me kicking and punching things around.

Heather - JD! What are you doing?!
Veronica - Get out of there!

I could feel the ashes and dirt cling to my body. I tried my best to get around with my robotic legs. I saw something red that stuck out from the black and white of the rest of the area. I pulled with all my might and I pulled out a red jacket. It was torn and ruined...but it was definitely Kurts jacket.

I climbed out of the ruins and back to my friends. Veronica smiled as she pulled me out of there. I wiped the ashes off my face and turned around to Ram. He was staring wide eyed. His eyes switching to my face and back to what I was holding in my hand.

I took the jacket and put it on Ram. Ram felt the soft material and smiled. It was a sad smile....but I think he was just happy that he was able to have someone to remember Kurt by.

Veronica - I think we're down here guys. Let's just go back to my house and have a movie night sleep over huh?!
JD - Sounds like a plan.
HeatherM - Can we watch the Princess Bride?! Have any of you actually seen that move bc I luv it. Especially how the girl is named Buttercup.
Veronica- Sure Heather.
JD - Hey do you know where my car is?
HeatherM - Ummmm.....

Ram POV

I followed my friends around the parking lot. I followed shortly behind and thought about what had just happened. I kissed my friendship bracelet and promised myself that I could never love somebody as much as Kurt Kelly. It wasn't just a promise though.....it was a fact.

"*cough noises*"

I sat my head up to look at my three friends. None of them looked like they had just coughed.

Ram - Hey....did any of you just cough?!"
JD - Now but I gotta sneeze!
JD- *sneezes
Veronica - Aww your sneeze sounds like a kitten!
HeatherM - Or a fairy!
Veronica - Or a baby!
HeatherM - Or a.....
JD - Can we stop talking about what my sneeze sound like!

Ram - I....I heard something. I know I did!
JD - Are you sure you're imagining things?
Ram - I'm not! I know I'm not!

*cough cough*

Ram - KURT?!!

*cough cough cough*

Ram - STAY ALIVE BUDDY!!!

*cough cough cough*

Ram - IT WILL BE OKAY!!!

*cough cough*

Ram - I LOVE YOU!!!!

Old Man - *cough cough*

Ram - Huh? You're not Kurt Kelly!!

Old Man - And you're not my wife!

Ram - YOU'RE NOT MY BOYFRIEND!!!

Old Man - MY CAT IS'NT GAY!!!

Ram - UGH!!!!!

*cough cough*

Ram - Wait.... that wasn't you?

Old Man - No can do sunny.

Ram - And it wasn't any of you.....

Heather - JD might've sneezed again I don't know!
JD - nope.
Veronica - I didn't....

"*cough* Ram......"
