Let's start from the very beginning.
The mansion was built between two dimensions. In the real world, it was an old and abandoned mansion. Run down and gross. But in their world, it was extravagant. Expensive art and furniture filled the place. Every room greater than the last. Beautiful. Just like the boys who lived inside.
Jungkook, young but determined. Gets anything he wants when he wants it. His raven hair falls in just the right place to make anyone sway for his will.
Jin, the peace keeper. He always seems to calm things down. He is the oldest and most responsible.
Namjoon, dangerously intelligent. Sharp as a knife. Never let your guard down around him or you'll end up like the rest.
Hoseok, the giggle in this group of darkness. Can lighten any mood and is a ray of sunshine.
Jimin, much like Hoseok he tries to lighten the mood. Sadness is not a word in his vocabulary. Loneliness, however, is.
Yoongi, quite the sleeper. People say he'll sleep his life away. Little did they know, he actually did. The soul seems to be drained out of him. He slugs around giving the occasional scoff or chuckle.
Last but not least, Taehyung. A dark angle here to guide the boys into trouble and misfortune. Leading them to join him in a chain of recklessness. Giving their mortal souls to stay forever young. He is highly deceptive and seems to be able to bend reality.
They had been here for years. Though everyday was different. They were able to watch the outside world from a mirror. People came and went from the mansion. Then people stopped coming. The wood started to rot and the doors fell off their hinges. None of the boys seemed to care what was going on out there. All that mattered was having fun in their own little world.
There was one boy who gazed out the mirror all day long. Jin. He wanted to see people. Wanted to see reality. Sadly, people had stopped coming a long time ago. That didn't stop him though. He still stared at the window.
It bothered Taehyung that Jin wasn't having fun. After all, that's what he brought the boys here for. To escape the troubles of their lives. He tried to think of ways to make Jin enjoy his entirety here but nothing came to mind.
Until one day, the answer came to him by miracle.
Jin was staring at the mirror, gazing into the outside world. When suddenly a burst of movement awoke him from his trance. There was someone there! Inside the view of the mirror Jin could see a shadow tip toeing over the rotten floor.
Jin pressed his hand onto the glass. As the shadow came closer he could make out facial features. A girl! It was a little girl! She couldn't have been older than 8. Her skin was pale and her hair was jet black. She was wearing a long t-shirt that went down to her knees, bare foot and dragging an old ratty blanket behind her. Small strands of hair fell in front of her face.
She locked eyes with him and waved.
He jumped.
"You...you can see me?" He asked
She nodded.
Suddenly Taehyung appeared by her side. He was the only one who could venture into the outside world. The girl looked up at Tae with wide eyes. Her eyes traced over his black wings as she stood gawking.
"I'm going somewhere very fun with lots of candy and games. Would you like to come with me?" Taehyung told her
She nodded and took his hand as Jin pounded on the glass.
"Don't take her!" He screamed
Jin knew that if she was brought into his world, that she could never escape. This seemed like a perfect world. But, really, it was a hell. Jin thought Taehyung was crazed but he never thought Tae would go this far and bring another child into their world.
