Without You, I Can Hardly Breathe

                                   A suicidal poem.

You were the first one,

Brought my eyes open,

Told me you would never leave.

You sung me to sleep,

You held me in your arms,

You told me you loved me.

Do you really expect to come back after all this time?

You see these wrists?

They're covered in scars,

The scars of your absence,

The blood that came out,

Cried for you,

It needed you,

But you weren't there,

You told me you didn't need me.

Did you really think,

That I could survive,

My life flashed before my eyes,

And I held the gun to my head,

And now I'm gone,

I can never come back.

You now see the error of your ways,

All of your stupid games,

You never said what I needed to hear,

You never said, "I'm sorry."

I hope you miss me now,

Because it's your time to feel the pain.
