Description: Ramona seems to be one of the two people in Steve's group who aren't officially affiliated with Doppler. Instead, she is simply their barber. The only reason she hangs around is because Ramona lives in Steve's attic, which he rented out to her. She wears her hair long, almost going down to her ankles. Her main form of attack and defense is a seemingly infinite supply of scissors, which she uses by throwing them at targets. She has also demonstrated the ability to ricochet her scissors off of walls for various purposes. When not in combat, Ramona seems to act as the mom of the group, constantly looking after the others, and making sure that Faff doesn't get run over when crossing the street to look at the flowers. For the most part, she is cheerful, calm, and somewhat lazy. Her clothes appear to be composed of a hospital gown, painted cream with beige highlights. She wears cream underpants underneath this, and wears light blue slippers when outside. Otherwise, she's barefoot. A curious feature of Ramona is when she enters states of anger, sadness, fear, or worry. During these states, her hair and hospital gown turn from Cream colored to Red, Blue, Black, and Grey, respectively. This happens gradually, starting from the end of her hair and filling up to the top. (Her gown just gradually shifts from cream to the respective color.) When it reaches the top, her appearance changes. For instance, when her hair is fully red, her skin tone changes to a slightly darker shade of crimson. Ramona has shown she can project other colors through her hair and clothes, willingly. She appears to be able to change what these colors signify at will. According to camera footage of her doing this, Purple seems to either turn her skin, face and gown into a much more reptilian appearance, or produce exaggerated streams of tears. This has lead to suspicions that Ramona's clothes are somehow a part of her, and much like her hair, react to her emotions. When in any other emotional state, Ramona's gown and hair stay cream colored, not counting the colors she projects willingly. Ramona also often tells stories to the others, most of them designed to try and scare them. 

Ramona also seems to have a bit of an alcohol problem. Aside from drinking almost every weekend, Ramona stopped moonlighting as a dog-sitter after one couple found her trying to walk their dog with an untightened noose.

Ramona knows how to throw her voice and do basic slight of hand. Using these tools, she and the others often pull tricks on Faff, much to Faff's slight annoyance and worry.
