Chapter 10

*Eve's POV*

A pirate knocked on my door and told me that we were almost there. I out my hair up into a tight bun and put on a dark colored outfit. Felix let me borrow his hood for my protection. He said that he has seen the dark one before, and he is nervous that I will get hurt. He kept saying that he wanted to go instead of me, but I told him that I wanted to do it. I walked across the deck, getting ready to get into one of the row boats.

Felix grabbed my arm.

"Hey, be careful out there." he looked into my eyes very concerned.

"I will." I gave him a hug. 

'Goodbye Eve." He said.

"Don't say bye, how about see you soon." I smiled. I know that he is worried.

He nodded.

I got into the row boat with Hook and two more pirates. we were being lowered down into the water.

I looked up and saw Felix leaning over the side.

I mouthed the words 'I will be fine.'

He didn't say anything, he just stared. We disconnected the ropes and the two pirates started paddling. 

"Ok Eve, so tell me the plan again." Hook said.

I rolled my eyes. I have already said it like three times, but I guess this plan has to work out perfectly. If not, there will definately be chaos.

"Ok so I have to sneak in, while being very quiet, find where he keeps all magical items, find the black tinted bottle with the purple glow. Then sneak back out and run to the boat." I said.

"And what if someone catches you?"

"Use my weapons to defend myself." I said.

We were approaching the shore, so I put a dagger in my belt loop and and put my bow and arrows over my shoulder. 

"Here," he handed me a small bottle with a cork top.

"What is this?" I took it and put it in my satchel.

"Throw this at whoever is trying to attack you. It will temporarily paralyze them."

The boat hit the sand and stopped. I hoppped out.

"Ok Eve, We will give you twenty minutes. If you are not out by then, we will come in as backup. Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes, yes I do."

"Ok, be careful."

"Thanks."

I ran off into the woods, eventually finding the castle. I used the arrow tactic that Felix taught me of climbing up the stone wall. I found an open window and climbed in. It was a room full of books and a spinning thread wheel.

I didn't see any potions or spell books so I went out of the room into the hall. I looked into many rooms and I didn't see anything.I would peak into the a lot of the rooms, still nothing. I opened the last door and found a staircase leading up to another room. When I got to the top, I saw lots of books, potions, and small random objects. I was looking around for the purple potion, and all I saw a lot of green and blue potions, a leather armcuff, and a teacup. I picked up the teacup just to look at it. It had a chip in it. I heard a noise behind me. The bookshelf moved, revealing a room with a lot more potions and some sort of dagger in a very secured box. I was looking through the shelves when I spotted the black bottle. I tried to move a few to get to it, knocking one on the floor. It broke and a lot of smoke puffed up. Nothing happened, its just smoky in the room. I was hoping it didn't make a lot of noise. I grabbed the potion and put it in my bag. When the smoke cleared, I saw a older man standing in the doorway.
