Chapter 1 - Come What May

Author's POV

Mhae just arrived in Incheon Airport from her flight from Manila which is, in the Philippines. Mhae and Andrea are both Filipina by the way. Best friends, rather. Mhae got up from her seat and went to get her luggages at the 'Arrival Area'. Andrea saw Mhae walking towards her, she was waiting for an hour already because she wanted to see her best friend after 2 years. "Mhae!" Andrea called, and she hugged her best friend as she saw her. "Hey! I missed you so much, don't you miss me too?" said Andrea. "Yeah, I miss you too, I'm sorry if I just visited you right now because you know I'm busy from work and I just broke up with—" Andrea quickly comforted Mhae and said, "Shhh... stop crying, I'll help you move on from him okay, but now let's rest first." Andrea said while rubbing Mhae's back to stop her from crying. "Thank you Andrea you're really my best friend. Saranghae~." said Mhae. "I already learned some Korean words because of you forcing me to watch those Korean dramas." said Mhae. "It is all good right! I bet that it lessen your stressed life a little bit, huh?" said Andrea sarcastically. 

Mhae just laughed and shrugged. "Hahaha! You haven't change, still my crazy best friend since high school!" Then, they already hailed a taxi cab and went to Andrea's condo, they rested there and catch up things with each other. Talking about almost everything that happened in their lives for the past few years. Not minding the time that has passed. And then they heard a knock coming from the door.

 Andrea opened the door and she was surprised by the person who came, and that is her boyfriend. "Awww...Yeol, how are you doing? I missed you so much, do you take care of yourself? How are the guys doing, are they well---" she was caught off-guard when Yeol suddenly hugged her. "I'm fine, I missed you too, yes and yes." said Yeol. Andrea replied, "What do you mean by that?" Yeol replied, "I just answered all of your questions, babe." And he winked. Andrea is blushing so hard.

First, is because she was surprised when he came. Second, is he never failed to hear what she was saying because he has big ears like Yoda. Even though she's talkative, well both of them is. That's why they liked each other, they're always active and cheerful. Andrea introduced Mhae to Yeol. "Yeol, this is Mhae my best friend I've been always talking about." Yeol handed his left hand to Mhae and said, "Its nice to finally meet you, Mhae."and Mhae replied, "Also to you, Yeol its nice that I finally met my best friend's boyfriend." 

 And they already knew many things about each other. Like, he knows how to play the guitar, piano and the drums. He's like a 'Jack of All Trades'. No wonder that her best friend fell in love quickly because she is head heels to guys that knows how to play instruments. And as Mhae can see, Yeol is the perfect one for her best friend. They became close even if its just a short time. Mhae finally met Andrea's boyfriend and she found that Yeol, he is a good man and knew the reasons why her best friend love him so much. Yeol already bid goodbye to them and left because he needs to come back to EXO's dorm. Where he and the members are staying. Baekhyun texted him that their manager has to announce something important and he must be on time.
