"J....Howl, what the fuck are you doing here in my apartment?"

"Oh you silly girl I know who,well I know what you are."he said with a creepy grin on his face. I stood there frozen in fear with the towel still wrapped around me.

"Howl I don't know what you're talking about but you need to leave now."I said backing away slowly towards the door.

"I wouldn't do that if I was you."he whispered while pulling out something shiny.

It took me awhile to realize that it was a revolver and a silver bullet.

"Howl please you're making a big mistake."

"I grew up in a house full of witch hunters and you know I'm surprised I didn't figure out that you were a witch sooner. A witch right under my nose and I had no idea."

He put the bullet into the gun and cocked it shut, then took off the safety lock.

"There is one bullet and six slots, so lets play a game and see how lucky you are?"

Lets play a game? Has he been watching Saw, that comment would be real funny right now if I wasn't facing a death sentence.

"Please don't do this."I cried finally getting my voice to work.

He put his finger on the trigger and pulled it back. I always thought people use to go too far as of saying 'my life flashed before my eyes' and now I see what they mean. I don't want to die I want to see the world, meet new people, get married, have kids, be normal.

"Hmm, no bullet in that one. Want to play again?"

He reached for the trigger of the gun again.

"Comburet!"My Nana yelled while pointing her finger at Howl.

Comburet is Latin for burn,you see my Nana and I are very fluent in different languages and she didn't use nice words when she turned him into a pile of ashes.

I ran into her arms and cried.

"My baby are you okay?"She said while checking me for bruises.

"Yea Nana, I'm okay."

"Josh!"Nana hollered.

In the blink of an eye Josh was right behind my grandmother

"The perimeter is safe it was only him."Josh said through clenched teeth.

"I want you to help Paris pack up all of her clothes fast, then come to my house as soon as possible."

My grandmother disappeared from the door way. Everything was silent I walked over to the bed and picked up the blue sundress, that I changed out of, and slipped into it. Then I went to the closet and got my suitcases.

"I should've came upstairs with you and I should've checked the house before you came in."

"It's not your fault."I said putting clothes in one of the suitcases.

"I could've killed that bastard if I...."He punched a hole in the wall.

I walked over to him and put his head in my hands to look him in the eyes.

"Baby I'm alright, I'm fine."

"I can't lose you Paris, I don't know what I would do."He said with his head down.

"You're not going to lose me, I promise."I said while kissing him.
