Chapter 1

This is Kuni's point of view

I was walking down the hall to homeroom with my cousin Junya when two boys walked past us. I saw Junya wave at both of them. "Hey Junya, who are those boys you just waved at?" I asked. "Oh, just two of my friends Steven and Ryuo." Junya answered. "We should get to class, race ya'!" I yelled before running to the classroom. "Hey no fair Kuni!" I heard Junya yell. I got to the classroom before Junya and sat down in a corner, all the way in the back row. You see, i'm new to this school, in fact I am new to Japan. I used to live in France with my father until recently he had passed away due to an illness of some sort. A day after my father's death I got a call from my uncle asking me if I wanted to live with him and my two cousins. I decided to accept the offer and start a new life in Japan. Plus, I haven't seen Junya and Jay since their mother died. See, the Shizua and Akia family have a secret, we are vampires. My mother was a human so I'm just a half-blood unlike Junya and Jay who are pure-bloods. I hear the bell ring so I put up my stuff
