Chapter 10

Y/N's POV
I turned around and saw Laurence in his Shadow knight form. "Laurence stop!" Cadenza screamed but he wasn't listening. "Cadenza evacuate V/N and Phoenix Drop now take everyone" she hesitated "Now!" I screamed at her while running into the forest knowing Laurence would follow. The Shadow lord got ahold of him.......he gonna kill me here and now. I ran until I got to the clearing I took Eve too. I stopped in the center, drawer my two swords and waited. 'If I'm going down I'm going down fighting even if its by my brothers hands'. He crashed through the trees and saw me standing there in my battle stance. He ran at me full speed and I blocked his blow. He swung at me again and again never hitting until......"MOMMY!" I let my guard down and he struck me with a deadly blow. I fell to the ground in a pool of my own blood. I saw Laurence turn back and he looked at me "Sister no no no! I'm so sorry please hold on." He screamed falling to his knees and crying. "Laurence..... Look at me" he did and held me in his arms. "I know you didn't mean to its the *cough* Shadow Lords fault" He looked like our older brother when he figured out he just killed our parents. "Just don't do what brother did...live your life and love every minute of....." Darkness started to consume me but the last thing I heard was "Guards take him away and lock him up!" "Y/N! Y/N!! WAKE UP PLEASE!" Then nothing.
Aaron's POV
Y/N told Cadenza to evacuate V/N and Phoenix Drop then ran into the forest. I ran after her forgetting I had Eve. I finally found her and she was battling Laurence. Then Eve yelled "MOMMY!" Y/N turned around and Laurence struck her down. He changed and screamed for Y/N to hold on but I told eve to run back and get some help. When the guards came we stepped out and I yelled "Guards take him away and lock him up" then Cadenza ran over to Y/N and screamed "Y/N! Y/N!! WAKE UP PLEASE!" It was to late. We didn't have time to bury her so Cadenza put her in a very nice dress and we left her there in the clearing with flowers surrounding her body.
(Many years later)
I am now the Lord of V/N and Eve is my daughter. Today the man who checks on Y/N's body came in and said "Lord Aaron, Lady Eve, Please come quick its a miracle!"

We followed him

Into the forest

To the clearing

And saw............
