Oryx X Reader

Kings fall raid

I guess you could say things started just as you would expect waiting forever to get a team together and eventually and starting up the raid, after slaughtering all the little bosses on the way the team of six eventually makes it to oryx.....this is where things take a turn....first both guardians on the back plate got taken down by ogres leaving the two on top of the walls to defend with the person in the front....eventually taken thralls swarmed the guardians on the walls tearing them to pieces....then the one on the front plate which is you guardian begun running out of ammo. Oryx moved to the side of the structure stabbing at the relic bearer until he died. Now realizing it is just you oryx calls off his minions summoning his conscious into a smaller fake version. He walks over to you just watching you silently "Do you really wish to fight me any longer?" The deep dark voice seeming to have a slight growl yet gentle feeling as if trying to protect you while trying to get you to run.

 (Y/N): "I have to fight...t..the city will die if I don't" *You move to grab your knife when he gently grips your hand pulling it closer to him, his fingers entertwining with yours before you can realise it he is pulling you closer to him.*

Oryx: "Please do not fight it would be a shame to come all the way here just to have the reason I came killed..." *He pets your head softly feeling your eyes gaing up to meet his eyes*

(Y/N): "So you didn't..." *You get shushed before the deep caring voice of Oryx speaks again*

Oryx: "No I didn't, though they attacked me so I sent them to my prisons, I didn't really want to kill them yet. But I just came to retrieve you...I have had Varkis keep an eye on you for me." *The lips under his chitten face trying to make their way to yours*

(Y/N): "Here let me help you with that." *you hold his face in your hands moving your face little so you can kiss his rather small lips compared to his head* "May I ask that my fire team be sent back to the tower and remember nothing..."

Oryx: "For you, I can do  that." *Oryx raises his sword feeling the ship light up the taken color for a second before her team is lifted and flown to Earth on little taken ships*

I am sorry that this chapter was so short I am not too confident with doing this stuff yet. Please tell me how I did and what I can do better, or what you would like to see/ reccomendations for new books. I love you all <3
