You never know what someone is going through
You never know what kind of battle they face on a day to day basis.
You may never know how some words can actually hurt someone, but they brush it off like it's nothing.
They may seem like they are as happy as can be, but deep down they are drowning in their own battles they seem can't win.
Every time they try to reach out for help, they are told their problems are nothing, others have t worse than them and they should be happy with life.
There is nothing anyone can do, but to listen, a lot of times that helps them feel at ease.
Never say they were dumb, let them realize it themselves
In their heart they know they are being irrational, but their mind has made them believe it's something to worry about for some reason.
They are battling a battle they want to give up on daily, but decide to keep fighting because it might be worth it one day.
No one understands their own thoughts, we only ask that you lend an ear for us is all. We don't want you to tell us how to leave or how to feel, just to know you'll be there for us.
But when you make it obvious you don't care for our well being, our own minds begin to believe we should be dead.
We down about 38 sleeping pills, use knives to cut ourselves, each time we take a bath, we put ourselves underwater to drown.
We start to portion control our food intake, what we do, when to bathe, and have no will to do anything else besides what has to be done and go to bed.
Nobody wants to feel this way, and it's a strange thought that some believe we do, but I can assure you, we hate this feeling more than anything else in the world.
Please be mindful to others, for we want to really live, just like you, but in our own special way. We want to shine with everyone else. We want to be the saviors in someone else's lives too.
