Chapter 1

   LIBBYS POV

It's 6:00am Monday 6th of April 2017, time for another week at school; another week to work hard and impress my parents; another week to go on study dates with friends; and another week to live my teenage years to the fullest. Well to the "fullest" I could, I'm 17 year old junior but with my parents I still feel like I'm entering my first day of middle school. You know the first day you grow up just a little you aren't in elementary school anymore but you're still young and still a kid. I get it Im still a kid until I was 18 but my parents won't  let me work or even get my license.

  Anyways off track,time to get ready for school; a place I don't mind to go to but can't wait until college when I can actually start living a little. As I get up my bear feet touch the bear floor, I walk to the bathroom and look in the mirror...ugh. I brush my teeth do my make up throw my hair in a bun and throw some clothes on. I walk down stairs about to leave.
   "Sweetie, you're up come get some breakfast you can't keep skipping it, it's the most important meal of the day" my mother said giving me a warm smile. "Uh I'm fine Eliana is picking me up, she's outside I don't want to keep her waiting, love yah" I give her a hug and leave. I see Eliana in her car waiting for me, I open the door to rap music blaring. "Hey babe, want to get some coffee" she shouts over the music, I nod  coffee would be a great way to wake me up right now.
   We arrive at a local coffee shop, we go in and Eliana orders a large latte without sugar. Ever since sophomore year when one pair of jeans didn't fit she has been going crazy with working out and eating healthy. I do the same but work out less and eat whatever. She goes over to wait and I order and median ice latte with the whip cream on top. "That will be $3.48" the guy at the cash register says, I reach for my back pocket my wallet wasn't in there, crap crap crap. As I was about to call Eliana over someone behind me says "hm that sounds great I'll get what she's getting, don't worry love I'll pay for both." I turn around to a warming smile with blue eyes I put my hair behind my ear and smiled back. "Oh um thank you, but you really don't have to do that." I say, "nonsense" he replies "I'm Louis, pay me back by giving me your number how about that." He gives me his phone and I put my number in, I grab my drink and head back to the car where Eliana is waiting, before I leave I turn around "I'm Libby" I smiled and walked out.
   "Who was that you where talking to, he was pretty cute" she giggles while starting to drive. "Oh haha nobody important he asked for my number, and I got his but you can have it if you want" I laugh back. Eliana was always the one to get guys, I mean she was gorgeous but me, I never got anyone and I wasn't too bothered. "Libby really?" She gives me a dirty look. " as much as he is cute he asked you for your number not mine okay." I smile back and drink my coffee as we start to arrive at school.
