Clara was Kara's older sister. They were on planet krypton saying goodbye to their parents because now it was time for them to leave and never return "mum I don't want to go" kara said
"You have to little one or you'll die with the rest of us. Clara will protect the you and kal-al and know that I am always with you" Kara's mum said
Clara got into the ship and kara sat on her knee and they blasted away into space but suddenly their ship wass knocked off course and into the phantom zone.
They were stuck there for 15 years and by the time they arrived at earth their cousin a dance grew up to be Superman.
Kal-al gave them a home with the people that helped him control his powers and they helped Clara and kara figure out theirs.
Kara could disappear and reappear in different places she also had laser eyes and wind breath but Clara Had the abilities to fly she had ice breath super strength and laser eyes she could also run faster then anyone she had met before.
But when they grew up they would not use there powers unless it was an emergency so no matter what happened they would only use their powers of it was absolutely necessary
