Sujeong glanced at the door and her wrist-watch repeatedly for the last ten minutes. The thoughts on her head made her frustrating. She bit her lower lip and took a sip of her coffee. Yes, she drinks coffee, espresso one. That's very unusual of her. She was not a big fan of coffee, truthfully, she hates coffee. In her opinion, coffee tastes bad because it is bitter. Why some people love bitter taste when the world gives you a sweet taste? Why the word bitter exists on the first place anyway?

There is always binary opposition in this world, isn't it? Sweet and bitter. Sad and happy. Life and death. Love and hate...

Hello and goodbye.

Last year, meeting him was the best hello that she ever had. Her life has changed, drastically in a good way. She only knew black and white colour before, but then he came, she knew the beauty of a rainbow. Plain milk was the only thing that she drank, then he came, she never knew she would love strawberry milk so much. She only listened to ballad songs before, but then he smiled, she suddenly played every love songs that she knew 24/7.

His voice...

His voice was her favourite song. She could listen to his voice for hours without getting tired. Was it possible to fall in love with someone's voice right away? The way he said 'hi' in the first day of school, Sujeong knew she was in trouble. She fell. She fell for him.

It was spring time when Sujeong walked down the hall. She stopped in front of music room when she heard some boys chattered and laughed away happily. No one ever used music room-except for her-before. Full of curiosity, she tiptoed and took a peek inside of the room. There were seven boys who held a sheet of paper on their hands.

"Again, again! Let's be serious this time, you punk!" the tallest boy said.

"Wait, what the title of this song, again? You wrote it right?"

He nodded. "The title is Hold Me Tight."

And then there he was, singing the refrain of a song, titled Hold Me Tight. Sujeong knew it right away, she fell deeper.

Watching him secretly from a distance was enough for Sujeong. She could not ask for more. But in a winter, there was unexpected butterflies came with a warm feeling. He confessed his feeling to her. Sujeong was glad, it was not a one-sided-love.

It was so magical. Everything changed since the first moment he came to her life. Kim Taehyung had her at hello.

Sujeong came back to reality as she saw someone sat in front of her. She gave him a smile, secretly hoping he would not realize it was a bitter one.

"Uh? You drink coffee? Since when?"

Since now.

Sujeong smiled and just shrugged.

"Well, I will just order something to eat. Let's see~~" Taehyung said as he flipped the menu. He was humming softly to himself.

Sujeong just stared at him. Something was missing and she tried to find it right away. She tucked her hair behind her ear so she could hear his voice clearly. She closed her eyes and shook her head. It was not here anymore.

"Are you tired?" Taehyung said, making her open her eyes.

"No." Sujeong smiled.

"If you are tired we can go home now." He looked at her worriedly.

"No, no. I am okay." Sujeong smiled again.

She stared directly at Taehyung's eyes. It was not here. The feeling was not here anymore. It's just...not the same. She did not want to do this, but the feeling is not the same anymore, why should she hold on?

Sujeong sighed and took a sip of her coffee. She tried to swallow the bitterness. Her hand was trembled a little bit as she put down the cup.

"Taehyung oppa..."

"Hm?"

"Let's break up."

Sujeong realized that every sweet hello ends with a bitter goodbye.
