Just A Daydream Away

I stepped out of Avery's mustang and was immediately overwhelmed by the sea of people.  I adjusted my sunglasses and scanned the venue.  Most of the busses were already here.

"Oh my God, is that PTV's bus?!" I asked Avery as we tried to push through the crowd.

"Yeah I think they're on mainstage later today." Avery replied pointing towards the bus.

"We should go get a good spot then!"  I said, dragging Avery through the sea of people.

Tony

"Hey Tone, wanna go to All Time Low's bus and hang?" Jaime's voice snapped me out of my daydream.

"Uh yeah sure." I said quickly, shaking my head, trying to get the red headed girl out of my thoughts.  We put our hoods up and sunglasses on, trying not to be noticed, as Jaime and I ducked behind tents and buses looking for ATL's.

"There it is!" Jaime called and he opened the bus door and I followed.  

"HIME!! TURTLE!!!" Jack yelled as he jumped on both of us, knocking the wind out of my lungs.

"JACK!!" We both said, laughing.

"Hey whats up guys!" Alex said from the couch. "Youre just in time, we were gonna go meet Rian and Zack at the food tent and bring some back here and play video games or something before the show tonight.  You guys down?"

"Only if you have FIFA." Jaime said hopefully.

"Well of course," Alex replied, "I always bring FIFA to warped when PTV is playing. I know how much you Mexicans love your soccer."  Alex smirked as he placed a beanie on his head and slid sunglasses on.

"Let's go bros."

I followed Jack, Alex, and Jaime off the bus.  As we turned the corner I felt an impact on my chest as I ran straight into someone.  I stumbled backwards a little and shook my head.

"Hey watch where-" My breath hitched in my throat. It was her.

"Oh my God im so sorry." She said, her small hands covering her mouth. I couldnt do anything but stand there and stare at her.

"You're- You're Tony. Tony Perry from Pierce The Veil.." She said quietly, her green eyes widening.

"Uh, Im uh, well yeah." I said staring at my Vans.

"And Im Jaime!" He said putting an arm around my shoulder.  "Please excuse my clumsy turtle friend here." Jaime said grinning as I felt the heat rise to my cheeks.  She giggled softly making my cheeks burn harder.

"Well i'm Ariann-" She started.

"ITS JACK, JACK AND ALEX, FROM ALL TIME LOW." Her blonde friend I noticed earlier screamed.

"Arianna.." She finished.  "And this is my crazed friend Avery." She pointed to the blonde who was still staring at Jack and Alex as they walked over.

"Whats taking you guys so long?" Jack asked pouting. "Im hungryyyyy."

"Oh hello." Jack said now noticing Arianna and Avery. "Im Ja-"

"JACK BARAKAT.  YOURE JACK AND THATS ALEX."  Avery said bouncing up and down.

"Please excuse her, shes, excited." Arianna said patting her shoulder.

"Haha, no worries." Jaime said. "Well we'll see you guys around."

"Would you like to come eat with us?" I burst out, starring directly at Adrianna, shocked at my own words.

Color rushed to her cheeks as she stammered back a response. "Really? I mean yeah that would be great!" She said shyly.

"Paaaaartaaaay!" Jack yelled as we walked towards the food tent.

I walked next to Arianna, trying to calm the butterflies now engulfing my stomach.

Arianna

I cant believe this is happening, I cant believe this is happening, I cant believe this is happening.  Was all that was going through my mind as we moved through the sea of people, trying to find the food tent.  Avery was chatting up Alex as Jack and Jaime followed close behind.  Tony and I were a few feet back, trying to make small talk.

"So um, where are you from Arianna?" He asked, looking down.

"Oakland." I replied simply. "And call me Ari." I glanced up at him quickly, catching him staring down at me with soft brown eyes.  He towared over me in height.  I barely came up to his shoulder.

"Wow, thats a pretty far drive just for one concert."  Tony said smiling slightly.

"Actually Avery and I are following you guys all over the country."  I said shyly, trying to steady my shaky voice.  I could feel his eyes still on me, even after I looked away.

We were walking so close now that our hands brushed slightly.

"Well I hope we'll be seeing alot of eachother, Ari."  Tony said down to me, flashing a wide smile.

My heart fluttered for a moment as I smiled at the ground.

"BABY!!!!" A high pitch voiced squealed as a bleach blonde girl was running frantically towards Tony.

My heart fell.

I looked up at him as his eyes widened and his face turned white.  Jaime groaned loudly as she ran past him to Tony.

"Aw shit."  Was all Tony said as the blonde threw herself onto him. "Hey Kellie.." He said slowly, cringing a little.

His gaze fell to me as the blonde sloppily kissed his cheek.  His eyes looked sad, and almost as if they were trying to tell me something, but I just couldnt make out what it was.  I tried to keep the smile plastered on my face as I watched her attack his cheek, even though it felt as if someone had punched me right in the stomach.
