Opening words
I know authors note, horrible but there are a few things that due to popular culture I need to set straight right of the bat.
A Silvian Fenrir is not a Werewolf he is a Shifter, he holds the blood of a god in his body, because that blood belongs to Fenrir he has many wolf like features, and can take the form of his god, a wolf. However shifters are not Werewolves Sassana is a snake and Salamdra Morgana a raven
B 1 yes there are werewolves in this story
2 they are not the modern variety that is apparently fit for bad romance novels. they are the medieval monsters of the full moon variety who happened to meet someone that could integrate them into society
C the gods mentioned in this story are not faithful representations, they are chosen for their form and in some cases like Quetzalcoatl have interesting interpretations (Quetzalcoatl is a rain god but his cleric controls sand and wind primarily)
