Mark and Jack leave their home to explore the forest. Felix decided to stay home and get supper ready for when they get home. It was dark outside, however, that didn't stop the duo from exploring. The two left their safe haven and went to the entrance of the forest.
Mark led the way as Jack followed closely behind. They started to explore, making sure they stayed together. After about a half-hour of walking, they found a house on a small hill.
Without communicating, the two decided to explore it, not knowing what was inside and becoming increasingly curious about the dark, Victorian-style, house on the hill.
The two made their way up the hill to the house and went to look through the windows to make sure no one lived there. No lights were on, making it exceptionally hard to peer into the house. Nevertheless, that didn't stop them. Squinting into the darkness, they saw no one in the home and went to the front door. as they made their way to the door, the door creaked open slightly.. They heard and jumped, but decided to ignore it and continue in... They saw nothing but cobwebs, dusty furniture in some places, different rooms, and some stairs. They looked at each other, unsure of if they should keep exploring in the light of the moon. Mark said they should split up and see what they could find and meet back at the front door when they finished. Jack was still unsure, so was Mark. But they both agreed and split up to explore the house....
