TODAY: How yoga and meditation can help you.
Ok so I didn't really know where to start so I decided to start with yoga and meditation. so yoga compliments meditation as meditation compliments yoga. so yoga relaxes the body and stretches the muscles. and meditation helps you relax the brain but also lets you become more aware of your surroundings. If possible I recommend you do these two every day at least every other day. It does work and is very relaxing. to get started with yoga, if you have an iPhone or ipad you can get an app for yoga it looks pink with a black stick figure doing yoga. lol that's funny anyway that is a good one to get you started. you don't need a yoga mat if you don't want one. I don't even have one. You can also go on youtube for yoga poses. If you feel stressed I recommend the dead mans pose. its very relaxing and you could almost fall asleep but I still haven't. To get started with meditation you need to find a remotely quite area. for your first time doing meditation I recommend somewhere where you wont fall asleep after 10 minutes with you eyes closed, but also not to uncomfortable that you have to keep moving to stay comfortable. Then you can go onto Youtube and look for guided meditation. just follow what it explains and just relax. when you are done you will feel relieved of stress and relaxed. I recommend these two things for people who are fidgety or are naturally jumpy this can help you.
