Some people take showers in hopes that the water will wash away the world right off their skin.
I don't think water will be enough to wash away all the reasons I want to die or all the ways my heart is breaking or all the nights I couldn't sleep.
But, there is an itching at my wrist and veins are whispering to me that if water isn't enough then maybe blood will be.
