"You're not allowed past these walls, Alice. Do you understand?" My farther spoke to me when i was about 8 years of age. But that's what i never understood. Why? Why weren't I allowed past? Why wasn't I allowd to roam free like every other 8year old?
You see, the diffrence between my family and everybody else's was that we were rich. Seriously, we were the richest in our town. With a 19 bedroom house, 2 large gardens and 3 stables with 6 horses. I never thourght anything of it. This so called 'richness' i never understood it. I never knew the difference.
We were perfect, I think the only thing that wasn't is the fact my dad beats me. Corner's me in the basement and just does it. He's been doing it for the past 9 years. Saying he does it because he loves me. But its wrong. I know for a fact, its wrong.
So, that's why i escaped. I finally had freedom. But before i knew it, i was trapped in a parallel universe. Where everything you fear excits. Vampires, werewolvees and so called 'monsters' yet the one thing that doesnt excist, what nobody knows of, is one specific thing. LOVE.
Maybe that's the key of getting out of this town. But who will manage to break it, and how?
