"What do you mean we're stuck here!" I thought I might start hyperventilating.
My heart didn't do well with new, unfamiliar situations and being kidnapped and stuck on a deserted island was definitely categorized under "unfamiliar situations."
"Calm down, we're going to be fine, I promise, okay?" These were the first words spoken to me by Nik in two years. His hand was on my shoulder reminding me to breathe.
"Okay" I let out a breath.
"What now?" Sydney was talking, her voice void of the panic that was strung through mine.
"Well," Justin looked up, "let's think this through. Who remembers anything?"
And that's when the real stories started to unfold.
