It was a nice afternoon when all the Happy Tree Friends were doing their own thing. Lumpy and Flippy were at Lumpy's trailer hanging out with each other.

Lumpy was getting a plate of cheese while Flippy was in the living room watching TV. The soldier bear's stomach growled while sniffing the delicious smell of the cheese coming from the kitchen.

"Mmmm, that smells SO good." he said, getting the TV remote and flipping through the channels.

Suddenly Lumpy walked in the living room with a big smile on his cute dorky face and a small plate of cheese for Flippy.

"Here ya go!"

The moose sat down the plate of cheese right before he turned around to do something.

"Thanks!" Flippy said, grabbing the food. He took a small bite of it and went "Mmm-mmm!", enjoying the delicious taste of the rich cheese.

When that was happening, he heard a gunshot from the TV, and Flippy's eyes went small. He dropped the plate on the ground as Flippy was having flashbacks of war.

Lumpy turned around with a "Huh?", and he immediately knew what was going on with the soldier bear. Just before Flippy could flip out, Lumpy grabbed a little bowl of water with a fish in it and splashed it on Flippy, making him snap out of it.

"Huh!? Wh-what happened?!?!?" the green bear panicked. "D-did I hurt anyone!?!?"

"No." Lumpy replied. "But you would of if it wasn't for me."

Flippy sighed with relief and laid his back against the chair, his heart racing. The bear put his hand on his chest, trying to calm down.

"Thank god you splashed me with water in time or I would of killed everyone...and I don't want that to happen...ever."

Flippy just sat there with an expression full of sorrow. Lumpy noticed his friend was upset, so he sat down to comfort him.

"Hey...it's alright. It's not your fault."

"Yeah, I know...I just wish I didn't have to put up with this anymore."

Lumpy nodded.

"Me too. You don't deserve it, no one does."

"Yeah..." Flippy said in an upset voice, looking down at the ground.

There was a moment of silence, but then it broke.

"I wish I knew what you were going through..."

Flippy sighed.

"No, you don't...trust me."

Lumpy looked at him and sighed too.

"Well, I don't know. But I truly hate it when you're the only one with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Maybe if I knew what you were going through and felt your pain, then maybe you'd feel a bit better?"

"Maybe."

The silence continued.

Suddenly, a thought hit Lumpy's head just like that. He couldn't stop thinkin' about it, no matter how hard he tried thinking about other things.

He looked at Flippy, then back to the ground. He wanted to ask his best friend something very peculiar, but he didn't know if he should of, since he didn't know what Flippy's reaction was going to be.

But, knowing Lumpy, he did anyway.

Lumpy shuffled a bit in his seat before saying anything.

"Umm, Flippy??"
