Running footsteps echoes along the corridors.
Fire alarms roaring loudly.
A Brunette gasping for air as She runs, carrying a file in her hand.
She slams open a door. A harsh, banging sound can be heard clearly.
A man with a cigarette between his lips is standing right in front of her.

"Captain Flux," His voice heavy, and yet so smooth.

"I don't have time for this, Major !" The Woman named 'Flux' snatched away his cigarette & stomps on it. "How many times do I have to tell you to call me with The Intercom ?! You could've called me without having to activate these fire alarms !" Her eyes are flaming with rage, her breath is heavy, but her expression shows worry.

The Captain rubs her eyebrows, She approaches The Major. "Major Ziel, I understand that-". Before She can finish her sentence, The Major snatches the file from Her hand.

"How many times do I have to tell you, just call me Zephyr ?" He opens the file. "So, how many men did you lose today ?" He talks as he flips the papers.

"Five...," She looks away.

Zephyr breathes deeply "Captain Velvet Flux, I know that you're not telling me the truth. Just be honest with me," His voice sounds rigid. Velvet closes her eyes and takes a deep breath for a while.

"Eleven," Zephyr stops moving for a second. "I'll.... take my leave now... If you'll excuse me, Major," Velvet turns her back from Zephyr. As She walks away from the room, Zephyr merely stares at her with a sorrowful look.

While She walks, She whispers to herself "I have to be stronger, stronger than her,".

Velvet opens her bedroom. A blonde girl with robotic hands looks towards her with a pair of glowing golden eyes. "Velvet, you're back !" She hugs her tightly.

"Too tight Phoenix, Too tight !" Velvet tries to push Phoenix off with a soft giggle.

"Ah, Sorry ! I still can't control the power," Phoenix releases Velvet in an instant. They both laughed, until their laugh fades slowly. "So, what's wrong ?" Velvet twitched for a bit. "Your face looks sad,".

Velvet gives a smile to Phoenix "No, no, nothing's wrong, don't worry," She chuckles as She pats Phoenix's head. "So, what has Azima Taught you ?".

"She taught me a lot of things !" Phoenix's eyes shines brightly. "She taught me how to stop a bleeding, how to mix medicines, and stuffs !" Velvet gives a soft chuckle.

Velvet's watch suddenly bleeps, "Oh, It's from General Arsala,". She stands and spruces up her uniform. "Sorry, Phoenix, but I have to go now," She gives Her a gentle pat just before She leaves.

An old woman wearing hijab & scarf is calmly drinking tea on the ragged couch. Velvet approaches her as She gives a salute. The Woman stares for a while and laughs "Why so formal, Velvet ? Sit down here and have a cup of tea with me," She offers a cup of tea to Velvet.

Velvet sits next to her, and takes a sip. "Hmm, General, this is a good one,".

"I know right ? This tea is pretty rare,".
